DO NOT spend your money with this arrogant, rude, unprofessional, unapologetic person. After a very unpleasant experience having a custom suit started for my child's Communion, that looked cheap and had stains in the fabric she refused to refund me my money. She produced nothing but a first fitting with fabric that looked like living room curtains with a week left to go for the deadline. She's runs late and doesn't produce in the time she leads you to believe. She actually wants the money paid in full before she even finishes the product which is how she locks you in regardless of the outcome and product delivered. I wish I read the reviews before I wasted my time and money with this bitch. She doesn't care about her clients at all and tries to act like she's tough with her big mouth. She's lucky I don't need the money that she basically robbed from me. I feel bad for anyone who gets caught up with this mess. I recommend going to Truly Blessed instead! Beautiful items but the staff, especially the owner fail to deliver on service, politeness or even the correct order. Please do not purchase a gift card for anyone here, they cater to you until they notice you're paying with a gift card. They can't be bothered assisting you since it's already paid for. So all the items over the gift amount were then left on the counter. Over priced and you don't always receive what you ordered / paid for. If I could give 0 stars I would. This establishment must believe their clients were "Born Yesterday". I ordered my daughter's communion dress in January. When we went for her first fitting several elements were missing. The owner said she would fix them. A week later we go for our second fitting and the dress isn't ready and they turned us away...after I had pulled my daughter out of school to attend this confirmed fitting. Owner promised it would be ready the next day. The next day is the eve before her communion. I called ALL day asking when I could pick it up. They kept promising and ensuring it was being worked on and would be ready that day no matter what. They were backed up. I was understanding throughout it all. Finally, we get the call to pick up at 10:30pm. My daughter is now in bed and I won't even know if the dress fits or not. We pick it up and it's missing TWO elements. A tulle skirt overlay and rhinestone beading around the collar. The bow on the back of the dress is also different than what I ordered. When addressing the situation to the receptionist and owner they were arrogant and unapologetic. Said I should be happy I have my dress. After many attempts the owner refused to make it right and instead called me a psycho for verbalizing my dissatisfaction. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. First time buyer of a communion suit for my grandson - went there on Feb 9th - owner was helpful and promised the world and then didn't deliver. We purchased a suit, shoes, socks, shirt, tie the whole works - spent $875 and paid in cash. Was told the goods would be there by April 20th which we had a photographer booked for. Elizabeth the owner said of course the order would be in by then. They didn't get it in until April 24th and then it needed alterations. We made an appointment for April 30th to pick the suit and was told that it was not ready. No apologies for the delay, instead we received nothing but rudeness. Worst Customer Service. Paid for a custom communion dress almost $2,000 and she cant accommodate my work schedule. I work M-F 9-5 I could get to her store by 5:30. She cancelled my appointment 2 times in one week. Her response was pretty much her way or no way. "We cant help you if you cant come earlier then 4 since the seamstress leaves at 4 to pick up her kid" and screaming at me telling me I am rude. If I could give no stars I would. I walked in the store yesterday to purchase a christening outfit for my son. There were two employees working at the time. There was one other costumer in the store. They did not even help us at all! Extremely rude! It seemed as though they thought I had no money to spend and couldn't be bothered. Meanwhile I had been in there for my wedding and had a costume gown made for my flower girl and spent $550. Obviously they had no recollection because their main concern was the one costumer besides me that they had in there. ****In response to the woman's comments below if you don't believe us all you have to do is go on the Better Business Bureau and you will see that she has three standing complains on her and her business she told one of her customers I hope you crash and die on your way home!! Sorry but we are not the crazies here!**** The owner of this establishment needs to go to business school and take a crash course on costumer service, because this is not the place to go if you want to be treated nicely for giving them your business. The quality of the head band we ordered would have probably been better if a kindergarten child made it. God forbid you voice your opinion to the owner she will make it well known that costumer satisfaction is not on her list, she showed me the courtesy by hanging up on my face multiple times while repeating the words "officer this is the call" before each time she hung up as to scare me that the police were getting my complaints about the horrible service she was dishing out!. I am a hairdresser and I must say I have never treated a client of mine with such disrespect!. To top it all off we were threatened to be sued if we took to social media to voice our disappointment. If I could give zero stars I would ... This store is the worst children's store I have ever seen .. Way over priced and beyond rude. I have shopped there many times and when it was time for my sons communion I went to purchase his suit from them ... He was fitted not once but twice for a extremely expensive suit ... I didn't care about the price being it was a special occasion ($900 dollars to be exact ) .. The morning of his communion his shirt.. a plain button up again very expensive ($70 dollars ) did not button ..I called the store and a very rude girl told me ..Sorry I can't help u ... If u want u can come buy a new shirt ? My response was .. Why would I buy a new shirt if he didn't wear it and he was fitted and measured by you ? We can't help you ? We don't do returns .. Well obviously I was livid but had no choice but to walk into that sick woman's store and repurchase the exact same shirt in his size .. Being we were having a party that day and needed his shirt. Well it's safe to say I will never walk in that store and have told all my friends and family to do the same. $1000 dollar lesson learned. When I commented about the price of an item, the store owner, I think her name is Elizabeth, was very nasty and rude and told me that if I didn't like the prices, I should shop somewhere else. I drove all the way from Brooklyn with my 7 year old daughter to view communion accessories here. After paying the toll, wasting money on gas and wasting a day to come to this specific store we were turned away!! As I was looking at the accessories the first words that came out of the owners mouth were "Did you purchase your dress here?" I responded no, she said well I cannot sell you accessories they are only for customers who purchased their dress here! I was mortified and disgusted!! What type of business is run like this?! There is no excuse in the world! So please beware. I wish I would have known this prior to going because I would of never stepped foot in this store.
