This man should be embarrassed. He give the word Shyster a bad name! Do NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR ANYONE WHO WORKS WITH HIM. He will take your money due the most minimal work, bill you for more than he is done, than use your own money to petition the court to not represent you, AND find a way that you will never know about, by mailing his attempt to separate to an incorrect Address, so you will never see it until it is an afterthought. He will bill you for services so that he can find a way to state he used up all your money, The Bills go to the correct address. Look at them closely, you will find the mischarges, and then he charges you to petition the court to remove himself as you attorney. When and if you notice it on your bill, his staff will forward you a copy of the court documents, usually too late to act on them, and what is the point. He will not answer emails or phone calls, (spineless individual whose own children will understand this trait) His staff is great, they understand how egregiously offensive his behavior is, and they need a job, but they will help you by outlining your options to challenge this abusive and borderline Illegal behavior. The problem is, what would be the point? If you check your phone and email records you will find no corresponding interaction that could create or justify the charges he makes in his petition to dissolve his representation of you, It may be that the other side paid him off, (very, very, likely if they have large amounts of funding, this is a likely and attractive offer for him 3-4 times the money and no work?) Or; that he does not see a bloated revenue stream he can mine, (perhaps,) Or; perhaps you have asked him to use actual strategy to perhaps slow the proceedings, to explore options that are available to you to get what is best for you, rather than what is fastest and most profitable for him. He does not listen to what your needs may be, if you have no weekdays off, and every weekend, he will request two weekdays each week, one day on the weekend, from only 1-7 PM. That makes for so much time to have a complete activity, or volunteer that you be subjected to testing by his friends, (Kickbacks?) that will cost you an additional $6000-$10,000 dollars, and ignore all viable alternatives. Have questions, don't bother he won't answer the phone or your emails. He will have his paralegals advise you on surefire ways to get the worst possible settlement. Why? Because you are merely $$$ to him, unless, Mayhap, the other side pays better. read more
