I did not appreciate being called out of my meeting because your driver spotted a white ford and thought..oh this is it. Because his address to pick up at was 1050 International Blvd, and not 1040 International Blvd. I had no worries of losing my ride, but had he touched my truck there would have been issues. He already had the bed of his repo truck let down. Your drivers should do better or your dispatch at giving directions and if they can't follow a GPS, you might want to rethink that employee. Predatory Towing!!!!! They watch the Regions Bank parking lot during construction on the Ice skating rink with limited parking & they have a sign posted that is setting next to a dumpster. It is low & was unseen by a truck already parked there. It was late Friday night, so Regions was not open & the cars parked there were not causing any harm. It was parents with kids. Probably 12 cars that night got towed. They towed my car while watching my grandkids skate. I was coming from a Cancer appointment in Nashville. I was still 1.5 hours from home and not feeling well. I had to pay $250 to get my car. He was really hateful. They are predatory towing. Money making for sure. What crooks!!!!! read more

As we tried to clarify my location, he asked me to roll my car closer to the exit, even though my three children and I were at least 1-1.5 miles away from it. Feeling flustered due to the circumstances and the long drive ahead, I suggested sending my 14-year-old to check the exit. He said it might be Exit 3 but then claimed there was no Exit 3 and accused me of not being in Tennessee or his service area--despite me previously stating I was driving from Missouri to Georgia. When I asked for his patience as I tried to locate the exit, he rudely told me to "calm down and get my bearings." I calmly informed him that his tone was unprofessional, at which point he told me he didn't have to pick me up and abruptly hung up. When I tried calling back, he didn't answer. Fortunately, the office staff was much more understanding. They used a simple dropped pin to determine my location and reassured me they would send help. When the driver finally arrived, he sped toward my car as though angry. He didn't introduce himself or explain what I was signing, though he quickly replaced the tire. However, he put the flat tire in the trunk in a way that left no space for my luggage. When I tried to reposition the tire myself, he unhelpfully commented it wouldn't fit. As I was brainstorming a solution, he dryly asked if I wanted him to fix it, then left with a curt, "Okay, have a good day." Adding to the frustration, the driver's lack of knowledge about the area was surprising. He insisted there was no Exit 3 and only Exits 1, 5, and 8--when there were actually two Exit 8 signs for some reason. His unprofessionalism turned an already challenging situation into a highly stressful one for me and my three children. While the office staff was kind and helpful, I cannot recommend this company. I needed a flat tire replaced at 10:30 pm, my insurance company sent them to come out to put on my spare tire. The tow truck driver came within 30 minutes, less than the estimated arrival time, and was able to get my spare tire out to replace the flat tire. He even pumped up the spare tire for me with compressed air from the truck. All was done within 20 minutes. He was very friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend them for this service. My truck broke down at the top of my [long] driveway. I could squeeze a car through beside it but nothing larger. No propane delivery truck, Amazon truck, etc....could make it past. I needed my truck moved from the top of the driveway to the barn to be worked on. Not to mention....it was a Sunday. Waiting for the tow truck all morning as I was being strung along by their dispatchers from 7 AM on ? told 20 mins another 45 minutes another driver coming etc etc . Easy...Lazy....Dirtbag money. I'd say it would be a great business to get into, but I actually care about people. They patrol our apt. complex constantly looking for people who forgot to put their pass in the windshield so they can tow them and charge $150 to tow your car 2.1 miles down the road. On Apple Maps it says they close at 5pm, my vehicle was towed from an unmarked parking spot at around 3:30 pm. By the time I could walk to an atm to get the $150 cash, and Uber to their location it showed they were closed. Later that evening, I looked up their hours to see what time I needed to get their in the morning and all of a sudden they were open as listed in Google Maps... They caught our truck on fire!! The driver was told not to start the truck because the spark plugs and fuel rail was out. He agreed, then continued to jump the truck. The company refuses to replace the melted pieces. They first told us the truck must have something wrong with it, well yes, it's being towed. We were victims of predatory towing we were being watched and hadn't even been parked for 30 min and were told that there were "signs" but there are no visible legal signs per state law. A man on the phone with 911 Bail bonds started screaming that it was the church doing it. We called the church and have on recording them telling us they have nothing to do with 911 Bails Bonds or Bo's Towing and that they work together. I have lived here for five years and have never had an experience like this. We are contacting a lawyer Monday. I am a college student, I have to work hard for everything I have and for someone to just steal my vehicle illegally and left me stranded downtown in the dark was one of the worst experiences of my life. read more

Our car broke down last night at the movie theaters so we contacted our insurance and they sent out someone to tow our car from this company. From the moment the driver got there he started making smart remarks to my husband who had been nothing but respectful to him from the beginning. He got out of his car and immediately goes "were you trying to ground guide me, I've been doing this for 20 plus years I know what I'm doing" my husband wasn't even trying to guide him but whatever we moved to the side and let him do his thing. The next day we needed a tow to take the car to our dealership and insurance sent out the same company and the same guy, he gets out of the car and again immediately starts telling my husband that why didn't he inform them that our car can't change gears , when we did tell them that on the phone , it was a miscommunication I guess. It could've stopped there but he continued to start telling my husband that he's a soldier so he needs to be paying attention to detail and that he's failing at being a soldier. My husband at that point is getting fed up with his snarky comments and his unprofessionalism so he tells him that it isn't our job to make sure he comes prepared for the job and that he shouldn't be talking to customers that way and told him that he would call his manager and he laughed in our face and said go ahead so I can laugh about it later.
