I have been a patient there for several years now, under Dr. Bosley, then Dr. Hobel. My service has never been less than excellent. After years of being afraid of dentists (some past poor experiences) their team has removed my fear of dentists and helped me to establish better dental habits. I have used to go to this office but never saw DR B, I have heard great things about him but was not impressed with the overall care I received there my primary complaint is when I saw them twice to get a tooth pulled they refused to give me a rx 4 a antibiotic. I returned the first time because area was infected, Second time I went to regular Dr who verified area was still infected and gave rx 4 a antibiotic I read more

Not as bad as they used to be. The environment has improved but some staff members could do a little better with how they treat their patients in my opinion. I quit going there for a while because of how they made me feel but I decided to give it another shot and had a better experience than I used to have at previous visits. read more

I went to Dr. Bosley once. Then I went to Dr. Hobel who did the only work that I had done there. One tooth only. At both times, I had informed them that I was pursuing a complaint against Dr. Edmondson for damage that he had done to my teeth. When their office received a letter from State Board requesting my records these people believe the complaint to be against Dr. Bosley. Instead of calling me to inquire about it they waited until I called about having a service done. The person that I dealt with on the phone accused me of filing a complaint against Dr. Bosley and then argued with me about it after I denied it. Basically, calling me a liar. I was then told I was not welcome there until this matter was straighten out. Then Dr. Bosley shortly after called State Board and lied to them. I AM NOT A LIAR! If these people had any common sense they could have looked up a complaint form on the internet and question #7 should have answered any doubt as to why they received a letter requesting my records. As for the tooth that was supposedly had been saved there, turns out it was a waist of my time and money. An x-ray proved that there is a gap between the work done by Dr. Hobel and the old filling that was already there. So due to poor workmanship, lack of communication as well as rude professionalism I would not suggest going to this establishment. read more
