I keep calling and all I get is Emily... their AI chat Robot. They refuse to answer their phone or fall back.... Not sure they are even still in business. I would never recommend this company. They are extremely unprofessional, misleading with their pricing, and completely unreliable. When I questioned the charges, they acted as if our previous conversations never happened. They refused to honor what was said over the phone, went back and forth on their own prices, and made me feel like I was being taken advantage of simply because I'm not an expert in repairs. I paid hundreds of dollars because they ignored my CLEAR instruction to wait before ordering any parts -- and of course they did it anyway just so they could justify charging a restocking fee. And it gets worse. They didn't even fix the washer the first time, so I had to call them back out. After all that money, the technician came back and then tried to extort me for an additional $100, blaming a so-called "power outage" for why the washer still wasn't working. That excuse made no sense -- nothing in my home lost power and my stove never reset (which it always does during an outage). We explained that, but he still pushed the charge. Here's the truth: When he left the first time, the washer did NOT work. I tried using it twice. No part, no communication. Tenant had to cancel Thanksgiving dinner with family from out of town. Do not, I repeat, do not use this company. We have a kenmore elite stand up freezer. We already knew the issue was in the evaporator coil line leaking. The technician came out, hooked some devices up and then told us it's 1 of 2 issues; that either the evaporator coil line has a leak and needs replacing or it was the condenser which couldn't be fixed. He told us it would be an additional $500 to figure out which one it is. On top of the $500, it would be an additional $1100 if it's the evaporator coil line. If it was the condenser, we would only pay the $500. Finally, we agreed that he would put freon in and some anti gel that's supposed to stop the leak at least 6 months to a year for $330. The technician put freon in the compressor and then added the anti gel at which time our brand new compressor shut off. I asked him did he check the compressor before adding freon and he said it was working at that time. Ultimately, his solution didn't work and we still had to pay the $99 even though he messed our new compressor up. We called a different company who sent a technician out. The new technician advised us that our compressor stopped working because bozman technician put the antigel in our compressor instead of the filter drier line. That caused our compressor to become blocked and ultimately shut off. He also said bozman technician overcharged the compressor. We ended up spending $200 for the new technician to unblock the compressor from the anti gel and another $500 to fix the leak in the evaporator coil that was accessible without taking the back off. Freezer is working like new now. This company is a rip off and their lack of knowledge cost us $300 extra when you add the $99 service fee plus the $200 for the new technician to unblock our compressor from the anti gel. I took pictures of the gel coming out of the compressor line where bozman technician added it wrongly as soon as the cap was taken off. This is my personal experience. I feel like I have been totally ripped off. I called them because my GE frig was not cooling properly. Technician came out and said he needed to replace a small fan, clean dust off the condenser coils and unplug a drain pipe creating ice. Part less than $100. Took him approximately 40 minutes. $435! I asked him if the hourly rate for labor was $350/hr....no answer. Asked for a Labor and materials receipt....didn't get it. Asked for some fair resolution for a supervisor....nothing. Asked for their advertised senior discount...nothing. Roll the dice if you want but I personally don't recommend being the next sucker in line. read more

Someone came in and fixed my dryer without giving us a quote at first, they told us they would call us back to settle this, they never did- plus my dryer doesn't even work- so I paid $350 unwillingly, because if I would have known, and I would have gotten a quote I would have happily just paid the estimate fee and would have bought a new dryer. Overcharging. A couple weeks my pizza oven shut down and I checked out some appliances, however they didn't have time to fix it on that day. As it was busy store and I didn't want to lose customers and time, I called Bozmanfix. The guy came, checked it out and said we need a special part for fixing it and it takes 3-5 business days to get the part. After a couple days he came, brought a part ("the special part) which didn't fit the plug in. And he went to the next store to my pizzeria, bought something and fixed it. I tell them the problem and ask the person on the phone if they have this part (about $39) "They have 80% of all the parts with them". The guy shows up late. I ask, Are you familiar with LG refrigerators (I have a pretty common bottom mount about 4 years old) "no" he's not familiar. "Does the ice maker work?" My old Kenmore dryer stopped drying my clothes, so I assumed the heating element needed to be replaced. I called BozmanFix and scheduled an appointment. On the appointment date, their technician called me when he was about 20 minutes from my house and let me know he was on his way. He appeared at my door without identification and didn't introduce himself when I opened my front door. He was wearing a shirt that said Appliance Repair with no company logo on it, no business card and was driving his own car, not a company vehicle with BozmanFix's name on it. When I asked him for his name etc. I was greeted with hostility. I've been scammed before, so I am very cautious now. He told me he worked for five companies. It was hard to understand him because of his heavy accent. I believe he was Eastern European. He proceeded to remove the back of my dryer, dust off some lint on wires in the back and checked them with his voltage meter. A few minutes later he told me that I needed a new heating element and sensors - total cost $405.00 - to which I replied that I could buy a new dryer for $500.00. He told me it was up to me. I told him I would have to think about it and wanted a written quote for parts and labor first. I was told they don't use PAPER anymore. I paid the $99.00 service call with a check and signed his phone. I did receive an emailed receipt for my payment but not a quote. He told me the $99.00 would be applied to the total when the repairs were done. I called their office after he left (he was only at my house 12-15 minutes) and requested a written quote. I was told by Emily my request would be sent to dispatch. That was on 10/27/25 before 11:00 a.m. The price the technician quoted me for the heating element was $130.00. I had the part number and looked it up on the SearsPartsDirect website. It is listed for $29.19 on sale. I was sent a "How Was My Experience" survey and responded on 10/28/25 that I had requested a written quote for parts and labor and was still waiting to hear from them. I didn't get a response. On 10/29/25, I called BozmanFix at 2:43 p.m. and got Emily again. I repeatedly asked her if she was a real person and I didn't get an answer (Emily the AI generated dispatcher). I told her I hadn't received my quote and she said she would send it through to dispatch again. SHE/IT doesn't need to bother. I won't be using BozmanFix to repair my dryer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT STAND BY THIER WARRANTY AND NOW THE WASHER WILL NOT POWER ON they came to my home last Monday 7/8/24 to fix a leak under the washing machine. The technician was very nice fixed the issue. Used the washing machine a couple of times. Saturday 7/12/24 used the washing machine and it was water everywhere and now the washing machine will not even power on. It is clothes stuck in the machine. This was around 7pm. I called no one answered got a message that they close at 6pm and all day Sunday (eventho the website says 24hrs assistance). So I a text to the number that texted me on Monday saying they are coming out. Letting them know the problem with pics. No response. Today Monday 7/15/24 I called and advise of the issue. At 830am I spoke with a man who said he would contact me back once he speak to the technician. I called back a hour later and he said the same thing. I advised him that I need someone to come out and fix the problem immediately we need to schedule a technician. I asked for the manager or supervisor I was told she would call me back. I called back the 3rd time and a woman answered the phone she apologized and said she will have the manager call me back within 20 mins she also said the manager is who I need to speak to about having someone come out and fix the problem. The manager Nicholas called me back an hour later and he admitted in the phone conversation that is recorded that the technician did not replace the hose. Just reattached the hose he said the hose was rusty but not replaced. I ended up hanging up the phone on the man because he did not want to accept accountability that his company did not fix the issue. And he refused to send someone out to fix the issue. He kept saying oh your gonna take me to court over $175. Yes I am taking you to court for whatever I pay to have the problem fixed that your company was supposed to fix but did not. My issue with the company is that they have not taken any responsibility for coming back out and fixing the problem. They should have immediately sent a technician out to fix the problem especially when they say they have a 90 day warranty and it was less than 7 days they were notified the problem was not fixed it was a temporary fix. Now the washer is worse than it was. I have heard apologies but no action. I have pics and videos and I notified them as soon as possible. Now the issue is worst than what it was the washer will not power on and it's clothes stuck in the machine. I do not know why its so hard to get someone to come and fix the problem. I do know if the problem is not fixed by Tuesday at 9am I will find someone else to fix the problem and sue them for the difference. 90 day warranty and it was not even 6 days. Repair man came out, could not speak english. Used his phone to translate and broke the water on off connector off the back of my refrigerator. The temperature was 9 on freezer and 44 on refrigerator and it is supposed to be 0 and 33 or 35- he told he its working. I'll come back Monday and check Monday for free. Very unprofessional. Used no tools besides pliers to break connection in back, did not offer to fix, when I mentioned the temperature he blew me off. I understand that in the Ukrainian culture they are dismissive of women but this is America and to react that way here is disrespectful. He recharged the fridge, but advised us that the fix was difficult and might not take. We waited and hoped. Sergei was right, it didn't take. So we called him back, and once again Sergei arrived quickly. He told us it wasn't fixable, and told us we would be getting a refund. Nice idea, but would it happen? Yup, it did. So even though our fridge didn't get fixed, I would definitely recommend them. They were prompt, Sergei was knowledgeable, and the bill would have been reasonable for the repair.
