My nail beds are in so much pain and I am very unhappy with my results as the shape is different on and under each nail, they are crooked and uneven, and the edges are broken. The fact that they think it's okay to let a client walk out with nails like this says all I need to know.

Reviewing my nails about 6 hrs later and they look just ok. The file job wasn't that great or even. I still see some left over cuticles too. I don't know a lot of getting my nails done, but I would have expected my nails to look even in length and shape and they really don't. Maybe they are better in specialty nails, but a basic mani I'm not impressed. Salon is clean though. Staff friendly. They seem to prefer cash or Venmo. It's right next to King Soopers too. So parking is easy enough.

The dip job is terrible. At one point she wiped the gel top coat off one of my nails with a washcloth and left lint behind and just painted over it. When she was manually filing she filed into my skin so roughly I now have a painful wound. My nails and skin are an absolute mess and I want to cry.
