The coffee man, who was working the register, was extremely rude today. There's no need for this, I've been a customer of BAG before you were even there! I went in at 10:35AM, not aware that they shut down from 10:30 to 11:00AM to prep for lunch, as the door was unlocked. And, by the way, Mr. Coffee Man, it's not posted on the door I came in, because I checked on the way out, and it's not on your website, because I checked before I came down on the elevator. However, thank you, to the lady that was cooking who prepared a quesadilla for me anyway. Rudeness is a lack of respect. I won't be back since there are other choices for food close by. read more

I love this place!! Chris is the owner and she is a sweetheart. We were staying at the Hyatt Place next door for a week as we waited for our house to be built. Monday-Friday Chris and her staff took care of our coffee fix every morning. I loved the way she made my Chai Tea Latte and my husband's flat white all Starbucks drinks made perfectly. The sausage roll here is one of the best I've had. It's puffed pastry wrapped around a jalapeño cheddar sausage and it was yummy!! The cookies are good, (Snickerdoodle and Turtle) and the everything bagel and cream cheese hit the spot. Very friendly and beautiful place to go for breakfast and lunch. read more

This place is right across from my work and I kind of always forget it's there because it's inside an office building. But every time I have gone there i have enjoyed it. On their recent seasonal menu I had the meatloaf sandwich and it was so tender and juicy I will be sad to see it go. Last time I went I had their chicken salad half sandwich with their chicken tortilla soup and both were excellent. The soup was a little more brothy and I thought it was going to be creamy but no complaints. Definitely somewhere I would take friends on our lunch hour! read more

We had okay service. While we were looking at the menu, the lady behind the counter made sure to let us know we could ask her for information; it seemed like she asked us in two or three different ways if we had any questions about the menu in the two minutes we took to scan the menu boards. The chicken salad sandwich was pretty good. This is the fancy kind of chicken salad where they mix in cranberries and walnuts, so it was the tiniest of let downs that they served it with industrially shredded iceberg and not something like mixed greens. Either way, the bread was nicely toasted, and the chicken salad portion was generous. The corn chowder was decent as well. It was thick and hearty, although there seemed to be more potatoes than corn in it. Still, it's a pretty warming option for a cold winter's day. Haven't been here for lunch but this is a great spot for breakfast. Bright, clean, cheerful staff and fast service. The best part is you get real food in the morning, not cookie cutter frozen sausage bisects. The burrito with sausage, potatoes, salsa eggs and cheese is made fresh in front of you. There are usually two types of quiche and they make their own muffins and pastries which are excellent. A nice touch is shown with their sausage rolls which they make themselves and has flaky dough. Instead of using the normal microwave to reheat them, they use a toaster oven and maintains the integrity of the original pastry. Coffee is standard Starbucks. A quick place to get in and out of and you get pleasant service with quality food. Can't ask for more. read more

As a new-ish resident of Tulsa, this was a great discovery in downtown today. If their lunch menu is as good as my breakfast was today, this will be my new go-to place. Very friendly staff, very efficient, very tasty, and very reasonably priced. Just a tip: to enter, take the walkway on the right side of the building and just down the steps. boston avenue is one of my most favorite lunch spots FOR SURE. I work downtown and this place gets a good share of my lunch money. good food, fast service. be sure to get there around 11:15 if you don't want to wait in line/want to get in and out quickly. salads, sandwiches, quesadillas, soups.. lunch options galore! supposedly they have a good breakfast but I have never tried it. the chicken salad sandwich is by far my favorite. great downtown lunch pick! read more

This place is awesome! From the fast service to the quality of the food. Every day they have specials, and a different soup, sometimes two. I have had their Taco Soup, Potato Soup, Tomato Soup, and Chili (Which was the special and I asked for a bowl). I have also had many different sandwiches and salads, but my overall favorite was a recommendation from one of the owners to try the French Onion Dip Sandwich. That was by far my favorite. I always am able to take my time and make choices with the worker's input, when asked. I would suggest anyone stop by and grab lunch at Boston Ave Grille. You will not be disappointed. read more

Never had anything really stellar or really awful at Boston Grill. It all seems to fall in the "meh" category. Guess I'm not ordering the right items. The place is attractive, in a great location, and has plenty of seating. The staff is consistently friendly. They do brew the full range of Starbucks tastiness, and in that category the place rates much higher. read more

While the service was quick and friendly, I fail to understand why anyone would eat here with so many great breakfast options nearby, including the Atlas Grill across the street. The only selling points of this restaurant were the price and speed. However, the limited options and poor food quality far outweigh those in my book. For breakfast, I chose a breakfast quesadilla. It was crispy, but the eggs were rubbery and flavorless (not fresh cooked), and in the end I took about two bites and picked my bacon out. I couldn't force myself to eat it. Their coffee is also subpar. I have nothing against Starbucks, but why on earth would anyone choose overroasted stale coffee over the delicious fresh locally roasted options offered at most downtown restaurants and coffee shops? I give this place one star for the food, which was really inedible, and added an extra star for the stellar service. read more

The food here is delicious, which is sad because I will never be going back here again. I have never been treated with such rudeness and disrespect from a retail store/restaurant. I had called in a large order for pick up and then confirmed the date and time again over the phone. When I walked in to pick it up the food the evening of my party, I told the staff I was here to pick up an order and they ignored me. Finally someone later came up and ask me if I had been helped and I said the people behind the counter are going to get my order, and he replied "I can tell you lady, just by looking at them they're not going to help you." Shocked, I said OK then can you help me, and I gave him my name and he scoffed and said "oh you're the one who called it in last minute." And I said well now's not the time to tell me it's not OK to put in the order. I asked him what his name was and he said it doesn't matter what my name is, and I said I would like to know if you were the owner. He said "it doesn't matter if I'm the owner or the janitor." I told him I have never been treated this way before and he said "well you don't have to take this food" and I said "believe me if I didn't have 12 people at my house tonight I wouldn't be". He later tried to apologize and blamed it on lack of sleep and I said I understand that but that is no excuse to treat someone with such disrespect. After all of that I got home with my food and they didn't give me any of the sides that I had ordered so my husband had to drive back down to that side of town and pick them up. It was an utter nightmare and I am still in shock I was treated that way BY THE OWNER of such a fine restaurant. read more

Having frequented Atlas Grill across the street several times, my friend and I had noticed Boston Ave. Grill more than once and decided to give it a try. Quick look on Yelp showed 2 reviews, both exceptionally positive, which in my book doesn't mean much as I prefer at least 25 reviews of an establishment to base a visit on. Even so, we decided to give it a try with me ordering the "Signature Burrito". How disappointing! I find it hard to recall the last time I had a meal so devoid of flavor and character and although I wouldn't call the food "bad", I certainly hope the burrito I had doesn't represent the top of their culinary achievements. Overstuffed with lettuce as the primary filler, and drenched in a watery cheese sauce, there wasn't enough salsa in the place to perk the burrito up enough to make me want to finish it! Perhaps there are other items on the menu that would be more appealing but, given the choices of places to eat downtown, I can't imagine I'll be back to try them. Ending on a positive note, the service was quick and it is an awfully convenient location for those working downtown. read more

Would not bothering using them for catering. They wanted to charge me $92 for a case of 24 beers. A normal case costs $30. I can understand trying to make a profit but most certainly nothing that outrageous. Sucks because they were recommended to me. I will never use them and I will tell everyone about the rudeness and unnecessary cost of alcohol. Such a dishonest company. When asked about a military discount, Licia ignored the questioned and said another company would best serve my needs. And she is right. I do not need this unnecessary rudeness nor unnecessary expense. I'm under enough stress trying to plan a wedding. read more

I work at the Tulsa World so Boston Ave Grille is right across the street. I LOVE their breakfast options. Great price for a great meal. I generally go there every other morning.
