The flavor, bark and seasonings were all good. The ribs were seasoned good and had a great taste. They fell apart easily (although I prefer a slight tug) and didn't seem to have much smoke in them. Then when someone needs a meal they can go in and grab one off the board. They offer them their lunch special. While I was there I saw a very grateful individual come in and get a meal. When I walked into Albert Gs to grab a quick bite I stood at the counter looking at the menu. No one greeted me. No one said welcome to Albert Gs. There was no help. Just stares. Once I decided what I would order (the brisket sandwich) I told the worker and paid with cash. He dropped the return money in my hand allowing change to hit the counter. No apologies. He just stared. So I stared back wondering if he was special. I picked up my change and sat down waiting for my food. While I waited there were other people who came in after me and ordered who received their food before me. When I received my food I was glad to be leaving. Hungry, I got home and opened the bag finding a three day old looking dry as a desert brisket. It's was borderline beef jerky. This place isn't what it used to be. I won't be back. There's other options with better customer service and food.
