    We had a decent experience. John and Monica at the front desk were very helpful. As a titanium member of Bonvoy, the perks are decent. Breakfast buffet for 2 daily. Denise at the M Lounge and dining area was awesome and always helpful. The M Lounge is typical. Nice area but not much to offer but drinks, fruits, snacks (like granola bars). The hotel room was decent. A bit rundown but nothing to complain about. The AC in the room will let you put it down to 66 but it will never get that low. The room gets warm after showers and for some reason, while sleeping at night. Our shower got clogged and they were quick to fix that. We had the room serviced daily for fresh towels and clean room. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. Parking is free and that was a huge reason I booked here. Kudos to John (which checked us in), Monica (front desk and always so kind), and Denise (very attentive server). I would recommend staying here for the decent price, great service, free parking.

    Follow-up on my review... Breakfast is served here and the bar is open. The breakfast is crap with workers cutting drywall behind a drape that does not block dust from the food. The lamp in the photo is to show the bandaid used to resolve the broken fixture above the mirror. This place is over priced for the quality purchased. The fact that no one from the hotel has responded to a negative review speaks volumes! Stay away and use your money where u receive the value you pay for.

    We had an excellent stay here at the Boston Marriott Burlington. The swimming pool was excellent had great water pools to swim into it had good beds it had excellent TV service we had a great time in this hotel. We spent 10 or 11 days are 14 state trips so we stayed in 10 or 11 different hotel so this was a pleasant surprise with some of the other ones that we stayed in so this was a great hotel with nice services and a nice swimming pool that my children enjoyed and it was in a convenient location

    The gross toilet leak!

    I'm staying at this Marriott as we speak. It's old, smells moldy and the room is very small. Don't bother requesting anything via the app because they don't pay attention to requests. They say they do but they don't. I had re-request towels and pillows like 3 times. Also, the hotel renovations are dated and pretty much it's lipstick on a pig. See attached picture from the bathroom. I also requested a fan because the a/c is so stale and housekeeping had no idea what I was talking about so I had to ask for that again. Also, you can hear everything in the hallway and the internet is terrible and an extra 18.00 for premium internet! Don't waste your money! Stay at the Hampton Inn in Woburn, it's so much nicer!!!

    Its a fairly large hotel in a great location. Some of the furniture is dated/scratched and a/c clicks on/off to often but stay was ok.

I did make it down to breakfast one morning and it was ok , they had scrambled eggs , sausage and French toast sticks along with all the normal continental breakfast items. I think you main draw to this hotel would be location as you are in the parking lot of the Burlington mall and a lot of food options to eat at. The staff - A M A Z I N G - Karen is a Rockstar and is so knowledgeable. I thought she was the manager the way she treated the customers. Just top tier customer service, she is the standard. This hotel has people that actually live there and it's beautiful to see how they interact.

As someone who always brings their own wipes and personally cleans upon check in I was truly impressed with how clean everything was. I always check the wipes after I use them and they were spotless. That gave me instant peace of mind. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we both slept so well. The pool area was very clean and there was even a lifeguard on duty which made it feel even more safe and family friendly. The hotel is in a great location just a quick ride to the mall restaurants and so many fun things to do in the area. Whether you want to shop grab a bite or explore there is plenty nearby to enjoy. We are so happy we chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. It offered the perfect mix of comfort convenience and relaxation. Thank you Hilton for never disappointing. You will always be my first choice and we will definitely be back.

I am a Hilton Honors member and the first hotel that came to mind was of course the Hilton. I checked online and noticed that this hotel was recently renovated so I went online and booked a king room. Before leaving San Diego, I selected a room on the Hilton phone app and selected the digital key option. By the time I arrived to town and got to the hotel, my room was ready and I was able to walk straight to it rather than check in at the front desk. The room was very clean and had everything that I needed to make my stay a comfortable one (large screen TV, wi-fi, comfortable bed and pillows, desk, and USB ports to charge my mobile phones). The morning breakfast starts at 6 AM and consists of scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage patties, toast, fruit, yogurt, granola, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and juice). The food is constantly refreshed so don't worry if you wake up a little late. Nicole and Chris at the front desk are very friendly and personable and every time that I asked them questions or made a purchase, they were always very kind. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in the Bedford, Burlington, or Billerica area, look no further than the Hampton Inn. I look forward to returning!

I was in the bed for a night or two and then I paid again on the third day and then Steve called me and asked me if I was gonna come down and give a deposit. I went down there. They told me that I had to check out of that room because they were all sold out therefore I already had paid for the room over $170 and they told me that I have to check out and check into another room why because they're all sold out which was a lie no one had even gone in that room that night or rented it so move to another room then they tell me that I have to leave on the next day because they found something in the room that made me check out but couldn't tell me what or couldn't show me what this place is a joke. They also kept my deposit which was two times which was $75 each time and there was no reason why they kept my deposit. I do not recommend this place. They have very shady. The housekeeping is very ignorant. All they do is speak Spanish and run around you and like banging your door and talk to Man into you no respect at all the manager of the blonde lady. She's definitely scamming an alpha self. Do not stay here.

I chose to book the Homewood Suites and selected a king studio suite because I knew I would have a little more space to do work in the evening and watch TV at the same. I also appreciate the kitchenette and full size refrigerator with other essentials for a longer stay. I booked and checked in online ahead of my visit. When I arrived I went to the front desk to get a key for the room because I've had some difficulty using the digital keys in the past. I ate a small breakfast each morning which was included. I was thankful the breakfast started at 6am each weekday because I needed to leave relatively early. Each morning there was a form of egg and meat and a couple of days there was also a potato. The eggs options ranged from scrambled to cheese omelets, to western omelets. The meat ranged from Canadian bacon to sausage patties, sausage links and diagonally cut link sausage slices. They had bagels, bread for toasting, oatmeal, a waffle maker and some other options. I was able to get something for breakfast each morning. In addition, there is a Chick-fil-A practically in the parking lot for the hotel which is open from 6:30am to 10:00 pm. I was able to relax a little during my off time from work and get some rest. Overall this was a great stay, it was quiet and comfortable. Other than the room and the breakfast I did not check out any of the other hotel amenities. I would recommend to others.
