The Ambiance and location of this hotel are great. Located near shopping and Wegmans as well as being right across the street from several great restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pool , gym area and a great bar with a nice menu. Outside patio with fire pit seating as well as high top tables. Staff extremely accommodating and friendly. Amble parking.

Loved staying here! The staff was more than welcoming! I arrived way earlier than checkin time and the concierge was more than happy to find a way to accommodate me. I was intending on checking my luggage into storage and going to explore the city but the front desk was able to find a room that was ready and checked me in early! Upon arrival in my room, I was pleasantly surprised with a greeting gift of two water bottles and some salted caramels! The room itself is spacious and very aesthetic. The room was clean and no issues at all. There were two children's books next to the bed and cute towels next to the toiletries. Also included were the cutest slippers! The little details were so neat! I was a little confused when I didn't see a mini fridge but to my surprise, there was one hidden in the cabinet! Also in the cabinet was a Nespresso and a large safe! Housekeeping was very good here! They made the room every night and left a turn down treat! I looked forward to the treat everyday! The restaurant, pool and fitness center is located on the ground floor. They also have a small store and offer complimentary tea/ coffee in the am and water in the evening! I loved their tea selections. The location is perfect also! They are located walking distance to Wegmans and other eating options as well as the mall! It is also a close distance from Boston! Looking forward to my next stay in a few weeks!

Wonderful hotel! It's super clean and stylish and in a great convenient location when you need to be near the Burlington MA area for the holidays. The staff is very friendly and professional, the room is nice and it's located in a shopping village with a Wegman's and lots of restaurants. Room service was good. Only nit so far is that there's only one chair in the room so you're forced to eat on the bed. Very happy so far!

This is a great location if you want to shop outside of Boston. It is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. The rooms are large and the restaurant bar was really good with fantastic service. No smart TV so you are stuck watching cable vs streaming to the TV. Very close to groceries and dining options. Worth the price!

Overall experience was great! Food from hotel restaurant was fantastic. The shower had the best soap I have ever used or smelt(didn't even use what I had brought) Bed was like sleeping on a cloud The pool was a great addition

A great hotel just off of 128 and Rt. 3 in Burlington. The Archer is very nice, but not pretentious. Great for kids with a nice indoor pool and in a walkable neighborhood with a ton of dining options. In all of over travels we've never had kids books and a bath toy put into our room for us, it really made the kids feel appreciated. For the grown ups the lobby has a nice bar with a pool table. Can't wait to return.

I don't know where to start with this phenomenal, luxurious, industrial, amazing, hotel. I have to say, I was a little skeptical about staying here, especially during these times. The check in process was one hundred percent hands free and so easy to do. Social distancing was fully enforced and the lobby area was fully clear of people. All good and bar area was fully closed due to covid but this ensured everyone's safety. Elevators only allow a few people in at a time. People are barely found in the hallways and the checkout process is also fully contactless. The rooms were extremely clean and cozy with complimentary his and hers cozy slippers. Top of the line personal nespresso with complimentary Fiji water and coffee. Free coffee to go in the lobby prior to 10 am. All areas of the bathroom were fully clean and well kept. Staff is wearing masks at all time and cleaning staff wears masks and gloves. Absolutely loved the area this hotel is located in. If you want BOMB waffles and coffee hit up Black Bird just a few minutes down the road (driving). Cute area to walk around in at night with different shops nearby. Trader Joe's is in the local neighborhood and a huge mall too. The best part of the hotel is just the decor. The industrial elegant vibes and funky eclectic decor and its artsy look just captivates you from the moment you check in until check out time. Totally worth it! Thank you to the staff for ensuring our safety and making everything extra safe for everyone.

One of my fav spots for snacks and amazing cocktails! Paige is the best bartender and staff is nice. If your looking for a chill ambiance the bar area has a fire place pool table and nice seating space

This hotel is beautiful!! Probably one of the fanciest and cleanest hotels I have ever been to. It is very up to date & modern. It's definitely a classy hotel and is decorated phenomenally. It is a little pricey, but worth it. It's very classy. there are a lot of shopping options and restaurants in the same plaza as the hotel. Staff is very pleasant and the rooms even come with slippers AND robes! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Free parking, has it's own lot. Even the phone in the room is so up to date, it literally has 3 buttons, cordless & i was very confused using it. Check it out when your in the area. The only thing missing from this beautiful classy stay is a toilet bidet! Hahaaa

A quick get away. I loved the mix of modern w glam. The lighting from the entryway to the halls to the room felt special. Chandeliers w crystal surrounded by modern "cages". The ornamental ceilings, fireplaces both inside and outside, and the comfortable reception seating made it feel so welcoming. Of course the Instagram ready floral wall was also a highlight. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in the sink was extreme. The shower water pressure could have been better. The extra amenities like complimentary water and salted caramels and Nespresso coffee and recognition of our birthday celebration w small Whoopie pies were touches of "special" that made this trip so memorable! We will be back for our next mini get away.

We live local but each time we shop at Wegmans we say let's try Archer sometime. So hubby booked a room for our staycation and we were there last night. Positives- Stylish, nicely appointed, accommodating and friendly staff, bed was super comfortable, shower was fantastic, the balcony was a nice touch, loved the wooden games in suite were nice to have, spacious room, large towels to shower with, slippers are whimsical and overall hotel is clean. Cons- surprised by wear and tear of the furnishing and cabinets. Size able water ring on the bedroom dresser. Assuming someone had a vase of flowers but didn't expect to see this damage front and center. The kitchen cabinets were nice and stocked well but the cabinets themselves were peeling and bubbling. Again super surprised at the newness and the attention to detail but how poorly it's wearing. Phone didn't work in our room. Not a huge deal as we have phones but surprised. Lastly but the tvs picture quality was very low. Again no one goes to hotel for tv but seemed less quality than I would expect. Since this was a gift I am not sure what my husband paid but I would not be thrilled if it was too much with the quality of the furnishings.

    New Hotel..lobby is sharp!

It's like a nice Hilton, definitely better than most Hilton properties. This area is strangely lacking in nice hotels. I'd stay here again.

It was built in the 1920s, and the character still oozes from the building. They've made some renovations, but have kept it mostly original which I appreciate. The actual chairs are still everywhere expect for the orchestra seating, and they are sooo comfy. Trivia question: The seats have a wire rack underneath, what was it used for back in the day? Shout out to one of the ushers for this fun question. (I won't spoil the answer). Now, because it is historic, there are some things it doesn't have. One being no screens like at most concert venues. This wasn't too big a deal since the hall is not huge, but something to point out. Also can't bring food or drink inside the space to protect its historic value, which didn't bother me to be honest. This hall is also nice because due to the size, there really isn't a bad seat in the house. The side balconies aren't head on with the stage but it didn't seem to be an issue. I sat in the loge and for being furthest away, I had a clear view. They also had a cash bar in the foyer with drinks and snacks. I liked this venue because it was a quaint space, and it felt like I was going to a live theater, rather than a huge concert. It's classy and makes for a fun night out. I would love to come back and see the Lexington Symphony play here.

I got there at 4:45 and had to wait a half hour to get into the room. Got a voucher for anything I wanted from their breakfast selection. Got into room and no TV remote. Called Hotel Services. No answer. Walked to front desk and told them. She said she'd take care of it. Time goes by and finally a young woman appears at the door but she says she will talk to Maintenance. So I wait for 45 minutes. Nothing. I return to the front desk and tell her. She said something about her boss was coming in soon. So I waited some more and a very nice guy from Maintenance came with a remote but it didn't work so he messed around with the TV and left me with a remote. Maybe 20 minutes later he returned messed around with the TV again and left a remote. So that was that until this morning when I tried to take a shower. The water came out of the tub spout but did not come out of the shower. Nor did it come out of the hand-held spout so I had to take a sponge bath. This was supposed to be an accessible room. There was a fold-down seat in the shower. The containers for soap/shampoo/conditioner were on the wall behind the seat - totally not accessible if you are sitting on the seat. By the way I would think that in an accessible room the phone would be near the bed. This was across the room on a desk. Went to the desk to complain and to say I wanted a refund. She said the only manager on duty was the food and beverage manager so I spoke to him. I certainly hope I will be given a refund. Two other notes. This was supposed to be an accessible room.
