This was very important to us as we planned our wedding in about 90 days and timing was essential. Cheryl did everything to keep us on track and make us feel at ease about our big day. We loved Cheryl from the very first meeting and felt so excited about her performing our ceremony. She's so easy to talk to, you'll feel like you're talking to a friend you've known for years. Cheryl is amazing! She made me and my husband feel so comfortable throughout this whole process. My husband and I decided to get married with only 6 weeks of preparation. I searched for an officiant via Google, and brought me to Cheryl's information on Wedding Wire. Had a brief back and forth before setting up a zoom meeting. Cheryl is so friendly. She made this process feel so easy. After our first meeting, I knew I didn't have to look any further. She told me whatever I had visioned could and will come to life. I don't even know where to begin. From the first time I met Cheryl I knew she was the one to marry my daughter. She sat down with Tayla and talked about little things that she loved about Jeremy and because Jeremy was in the Army he couldn't be there. She had him call her and talk to him. They both enjoyed talking with Cheryl. She is very personable. The wedding couldn't have been any sweeter, touching, loving. It was as if Cheryl really knew Tayla & Jeremy. Cheryl did a fantastic job helping my husband and I plan our wedding ceremony. Neither of us had any idea what we were doing logistically, but we did have an idea of what we were looking for. We met with Cheryl and she spent the time getting to know us, asking questions about our relationship and history. She provided examples of text, vows, and readings that could be utilized in a ceremony, always reminding us that our ceremony is what we want, and nothing else! We're both from Maine and were getting married in Massachusetts, and she had no problem working remotely or traveling for our ceremony. Cheryle is so amazing, no review could do her justice. Meeting her was like meeting someone we had known for quite some time. She took her time getting to know us and made the whole experience so personal and intimate. She offered suggestions that we LOVED, and never would've thought of on our own. We just had Cheryl as our JP for our beautiful back yard ceremony 9/9/17. Cheryl is a down to earth person, funny and great to work with. We felt we had known her for ages after our first meeting. Cheryl stays in constant contact with you and your spouse to make sure everything is just how you want your ceremony to be, we received a draft of our ceremony to go over any changes we may of had. We also met Cheryl twice before out wedding day. On our wedding day, she arrived in plenty of time to go over details of who would be standing where and involved the children in our service. We appreciated this as we had no clue what we wanted to include during our ceremony or where to start. Cheryl was absolutely amazing! She was so easy to talk to... even my husband loved meeting with her! Everything was virtual for our initial meetings, but I felt instantly comfortable talking with her an discussing our ceremony. She sent over samples to go thru but also allowed me to have freedom with vows and readings. She was organized and detailed, which I love! In the end, it was exactly what I wanted. Cheryl is the best JP out there! Over a 30 minute zoom call she asked us a variety of questions about our history and our relationship. She also helped us pick a location and provided a list of readings and vow options for us to use. There are so many to choose from so it was nice that she had a list of favorites for us!
