Beer was warm but pizza was up to par, swimming and eating pizza after was what I was after but I enjoyed everything

When it was someone birthday they only gave half the people there cake. Service took 1 hour.

Tonight my wife and I decided to go and have a meal at Boston Pizza as she was craving spaghetti. I had the MVB with fries and gravy. It took a little while for the food to come out. Not sure why but the server apologized. My burger was nice and hot and the fries were great. There was a small issue with my meal and the manager dealt with it properly. I was extremely impressed how it was handled. Thank you to the management and thank you to our server. She did a great job. The only reason why it isn't a 5 star review is the time it took to get our food. If you haven't been to BP's in a while, come give them another chance. read more

Hands down the worst service i have ever had!! Absolutely despicable! Unfriendly servers, made us wait 35 minutes for drinks. We tried to order from the bartender and she wouldn't make the drinks. Said we needed to go through our server and was really rude. Then the server continued to make us wait and no apologies for the atrocious service. Hence why she got no tip which is unheard of for us to do that. It was my buddies birthday as well and i was downright appalled! Will never step foot in there again and will make sure everyone i know is aware never to go to the BP. Shame on you read more

I went one time and it took 45 minutes for them to make cold and disgusting cactus cut fries one other time I went on my birthday and they don't serve after I had waited 25 mins so I left and went to Porta Bella's there I was served fast and the food tasted great read more

I travel a lot, hence my reviews all over the place, and for a few reasons, I go to BP quite frequently. I go there because they have one in pretty much every little town in western Canada; I go there because no matter how small the town and how dead the restaurant, they're always open late; I go there because they have good wifi (a must for travellers); and i go there because even if the service & food aren't great (and they generally aren't) they're at least decent and ALWAYS consistent. This place, for whatever reason, didn't get the memo. First, wifi there sucks. Only time I ever went to a Boston Pizza and had basically zero wifi. Download a movie? Ha! You might get a podcast if you're lucky. If you live in Battleford, probably you're not looking up BP on Yelp, but if you're passing through or visiting, and you're on Yelp looking for BP for the wifi, not in this town. Not sure how this is the only one with crap wifi, but there you are. Second, the service there is terrible, or at least it was for me, twice. Yup, went back, hoped the wifi would be somehow better (it wasn't). First trip around the block, sat at a table and had a female server, she was just not interested in serving me. Food came cold (like it sat on the line maybe), drinks not refilled, no quality check, nada. Bad experience, all around. So I go back next day, same girl working, thus I sit at the bar. Bartender even worse than she was. Asked me what I wanted when I sat down, when I told him I needed a minute to decide, he left for about 20. Went to the end of the bar, and was all smoochity with the girl who gave me terrible service the night before. After a night of more bad service, a second girl makes an appearance. I chat her up, mention my situation, she apologizes and explains that they're newly dating, they're horrible to work with and unprofessional, but the manager won't do anything because she's afraid they'll quit and they're short staffed already. Then she bought me a nice stiff drink, apologized again, and that's how we go from one star to two. I felt bad for her, but I wish I'd have had her as my server. read more

This review is simply about the service. It is slow in here tonight I count 4 tables with guests. Ordered nachos, a burger and my wife ordered spaghetti and meatballs. I was told my burger can come with a salad as well. Our meals showed up before our appetizers. My burger only came with a salad. I had to order fries if I wanted them. So here we are with appetizers getting cold and our meals getting cold trying to eat fast so we can enjoy everything hot. It's not working. It's been a year since I was here last. I don't know if I will be back. read more

When we arrive we were seated fairly soon. Which was nice . There was hardly anybody in restaurant , after the order the 45 min. Wait did not sit to we'll with us. We had travelled along distance to have restaurant chain food. Service mediocre . Waitress tried but was doing both side of resturant , with little help apparently the rest of staff must have been entertaining in the parking lot. read more
