I've come to Boston Pizza many times when visiting with friends and family. However, it's always such expensive and you don't get a very big portion of the meal. Although it's called Boston Pizza, the pizza itself isn't very tasty and most of the time the crust tastes like stale cardboard. The pastas aren't too bad, but the portion sizes aren't very big at all and they're also quite expensive. In the minimum of $20 range and above. I've only ever seen female waitresses rumors been told that they don't hire male waiters because they don't get as much tips. The food doesn't suck and it is okay but for the price you're paying you're better off going elsewhere for your money. read more

We've been to the Trenton location quite a few times and we've noticed a steady downward trend in the quality of food and wait staff. Some of the staff are friendly and responsive while others are slow with a "who cares" attitude. Upon our last visit, we were seated promptly but wait staff ignored our table. After watching staff walk by our table and waiting for 10 minutes and no one approaching, we got up and walked over to an open table closer to the bar and a waitress took our order immediately. Not impressed that we had to initiate a move to get service. I think new ownership or management has caused the drop in service and quality. We've noticed the draft beer prices have increased a lot and with mediocre food quality and mediocre service, we're not interested in visiting any more. The Trenton location is not doing the BP franchise any favours. If we're in the mood for this type of eatery, we prefer the Belleville location with a nicer patio and better service. read more

The restaurant is bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. I walked in for lunch expecting pizza and only pizza. The waiter was very helpful, he made arrangements quickly for our group to be seated, our wait time was not very long at all. I was pleasantly surprised. I actually ordered a Caesar Salad and Chicken Penne Pasta. It was pretty good. The restaurant is clean and has ample seating. There are TV's posted throughout the seating area. Not a bad seat in the house. There is a full bar. This place looks like it can hold its own during happy hour! I will definitely eat here again. Service was pretty good, food was pretty good, too. Next time I will try a calzone or a pizza. You can creste your own combinations too. read more

I've been here twice so far, and both visits were very good. We have been stopping in for lunch, and at around 11:00 on a weekday, the place is not busy at all, so it's easy to get a seat. On my most recent visit I ordered the Meateor individual sized pizza. The individual pizza is an 8" pie with 6 slices, and is perfect for one person. The pizza was pretty tasty, with a semi thin crust, and plenty of delicious toppings. The pizza was a bit overly greasy, but I'm not complaining, it was still a pretty good pizza. Service is really friendly, with servers stopping by the table just to chat. Good place, and a solid choice for lunch or dinner. read more

Food was undercooked, wait staff more interested in huddling amongst themselves then looking after the customer, the manager didn't care when food was sent back uncooked. The management staff was more interested in socializing with their friends and hostesses vs ensuing customers are being looked after. I have always loved Boston pizza but the last 2 of three times I have been here have been disappointing. First of all the music was not suited for a family restaurant. Was not conversation level, we had to ask more then once to have it turned now. At one point the music talked about sex i was just glad I did not have a child old enough to ask questions. Last time we will ever visit the Trenton Boston Pizza. Have only been here a handful of times over the last few years but have noticed a significant decline in customer service. We entered the establishment on our last visit, and it was not very busy, Maybe 4-5 tables occupied. Stood waiting for a table for approx 15min while 3 employees walked past us never making eye contact, another was having a personal conversation with a table of friends the entire time he looked like the owner or manager. Not one person even had the courtesy to say we will be with you shortly. Nothing!! Totally disgusting. Soup was like it was out of a frozen pack and microwave warm with 10c worth of cheese. Chicken burger was pathetic the chicken was as thick as a toonie. We were in for a very large family birthday dinner. We are local and had previously never had a anything more than mediocre meals and disappointing service at this restaurant however tonight was beyond outstanding!! Our waiter Mike was quite possibly the best waiter we have seen and we travel and frequent many restaurants across the country. Our group of 25+ with several children under 10 as well was met with fabulous and attentive service for over 4 hours. All of our meals were served within seconds apart!. Any special requests were met with rapid response. I can't say enough about this waiter. The food was perfect everyone enjoyed the meals the service and our time together which is usually very difficult to achieve at large group restaurant outings. If you are ever looking to book a large group dinner I can't recommend Boston Pizza TRENTON and especially Waiter Mike!!!!! read more

The food is typically happy about attending food establishments. Today the food choosed the trenton BP for his feeding zone. The food and lady food began by waiting for the hostas to get a server for us. After 15 minutes we were asked if we wanted water. Bbaaaaaaad start peeps. Bad start. The food noticed a snippy sassy assed attitude emanating from the servers. All of which food assumes are called Karen or Justis. They were short and snappy with the foods. Coming down the ramp the foods orders were sent! Lady food got a veggie burger that looked/tasted pretty alright! But she aint a finisher, she didnt finish.. she never finishes.. the food finishes though. Corn food closed his eyes and chose aaaa memphis chicken thing. The food thought the taste was ok and it looked fine but something was up with it. The food, after paying the bill, became quite nauseous. During his 15 minute car ride home the urge to vomit became strong.. 10 minutes after returning home food went to war. Vomit flying, water splashing, a slow burning in the back of his throat. The food began to feel worse and worse. Only after consuming a quantity of medication did food feel a bit better. Food rates this as a no go, bad show, wow joe dont go. Wish I could give a worse review than 1star. Came here one night for an anniversary dinner after work around 9pm. We requested a booth seat and was quickly seated. Things seemed fine at the time, they took our drink orders shortly after. We ordered a pop and a chocolate milk. Things started going downhill after we received our drinks. To start, the chocolate milk was warm. That wasn't the worst part, after taking a sip, something salty and solid was in with the chocolate milk. Quickly spat out onto a napkin, to my dismay it was pieces of diced tomato and whatever garbage was in there. Disgusted we left before even being able to order our meal. Good for what it is, compared to the Belleville location, this place is much cleaner. However, the service is pretty slow,but it leaves you time to make a decision on what you want. The best items are the fish tacos, and the burgers. Drinks are fairly priced as well. However, this location seems to be a rotating door for new staff because every time I go, there seems to be new faces every time. read more
