Well that is Squareboys Pizza, Brighton Ontario, for you in a nutshell. Any time I order from here the pizza is soggy and just loaded with grease. The toppings are scarce and bland, and often there is barely enough cheese to cover the pie. I'm sorry to say, but its disgusting. To top it off, the management and employees are incredibly rude when you call to place an order. If you contact them with a complaint - they're even worse. One thing I will say is that they are very consistent... Unfortunately this isn't the type of consistency you want. Save your taste buds and your wallet and dont give this place the time of day. The gravy was the highlight. The grilled cheese was just okay the bacon wasn't that crispy, and the bread was a little thick. I ordered the Calzone. It was stuffed with cheese, sausage, pepperoni and mushrooms with a side of marinara. Our server asked if I wanted it in garlic butter and I said sure! It was a great choice as when it was delivered it smelt like fresh garlic bread. The whole table was commenting on how great the smell of it. I ended up sharing my garlic bread bow that came on the side. The calzone was fantastic. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft and doughy on the inside. The filling was great. The sausage had good flavor and the cheese had a good pull. The marinara was great for dipping. It was definitely one of the better calzones I've had and a surprise coming from a small-town diner. I highly recommend Rock N Rogers for an inexpensive option in the town of Wellington. It's a cool little spot and the pizza is top notch. The group I was with also enjoy their food and the price!

Attentive with our waters, brought sharing plates for everything we shared, cleared the table/plates/utensils after each dish, and was so knowledgeable with the local ingredients! Every dish was plated BEAUTIFULLY and garnished with their garden edible flowers. We were quickly seated and the waitress scurried off to important waitress business, probably involving the dark web. At 9 minutes and 32 seconds, the waitress brought two small water rations and scurried off. Wish we had known the kitchen had a drought and no more water was available. A few minutes later I got my lukewarm soup that was hastily prepared with watered-down stewed tomatoes to impersonate soup, then overcooked macaroni, and at its peak mushy blandness was added.
