We were able to completely decorate our new home along with Boswell's In-House Design/Delivery Team ~ Buffy, Glen & Steve. We preferred to shop online & choose our selections via their factory sites & they took care of the rest. They made it so easy & the least amount of stress as possible for us. I ordered a couch from a different company 2 months ago which never came. Beyond frustrated, I went to a local furniture store and found one similar. The price quoted was over $2,000 and way more than I wanted to spend. I decided to check Boswell's. I've always heard great things, just never drove there. The extra 5 minutes were NOT bad at all. So much to choose from!!! Boswell's had the same couch, but it was only $1200 AND free delivery. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Such a great experience after a negative few! I am usually not one to write reviews, but I was so impressed with the customer service from Boswell's, that I was compelled to do so. We bought a couch from them a few years ago and when I called to ask what they could do about the feathers poking out of the back cushions and a broken piece in the middle of the sectional, the owner himself called me back. He was very apologetic and said they would pick up of the middle piece and all the cushions the next day. One week later, my couch was fixed and the cushions are like new. I am no longer cleaning up feathers everyday. I just wish I would have called Keith sooner. I will definitely be buying furniture from them in the future because they stand by their products. read more

My husband and I recently moved to Wenatchee and began the process of looking for new furniture for our condo. We looked everywhere, and became frustrated with our limited choices. We were used to shopping in a large city with many choices at our fingertips. But, from the first few minutes of walking into Boswell's, we were quite impressed with their selections, quality and professionalism. In fact, I quickly spotted two pieces of furniture that I loved, and asked to speak to the store's buyer. The pieces were so stunning & unique, and not the usual pieces that we had been seeing in the other local stores. Boswell's designer who was also the buyer was at our side immediately to assist with our questions. We so appreciated her attention to detail, her willingness to listen to our needs, and the immediate sense that the Boswell team had our best interest at heart. After several weeks of working with their designer, we selected and ordered several rooms of furniture and accessories. Unfortunately, we found (after our ordering), that our condo remodel would take much longer than anticipated. Thus, the furniture delivery date would now be delayed for about 4-5 months. The Boswell team (including the owner), could not have been more sympathetic, understanding, or helpful in this unexpected turn of events. They remained patient for all of those months while storing our furniture, and not once did they ask for full payment until we had the furniture in our condo. It was so refreshing to experience their genuine interest in our satisfaction. I would challenge anyone to find this kind of personal service and professionalism anywhere else. Watch out. If you buy a dinette set check the chairs. I found out if it's not the right base they can use duck tape to make the stem of the chair fit into the base tighter. The chairs are out of warranty now and when I called Boswell"s they actually confessed to using this practice, what idiots. Duct tape can fix a lot of things but it can't fix crooked furniture dealers. Go somewhere else. read more

Boswell's has good looking furniture and friendly sales people. Untilllll...when they delivered the wrong furniture they became rude and angry because I was unable to work around their schedule. It was unusual, first of all, to have the salesperson deliver the furniture in his dress clothes........more unusual that he became a different, hostile individual. FYI, use caution and maybe purchase furniture where you pay for the delivery. There is no "free" delivery when a customer has to be treated negatively. read more

The single most horrible customer service experience I think I have ever had. We purchased two Simmons mattress sets that were on clearance because they seemed like such a good deal and arranged to pick them up later. We paid in advance, and were told to come on Saturday at ANY time and they would load up and tie the mattresses onto our truck for us. Recieved a phone call two days before we were to pick them up saying that they actually did not even have one of the mattresses that they had sold us in stock, it would be two weeks to order one. They offered us a cheaper King Coil mattress for the same price, and we had to accept because the mattress was for my elderly Grandparents who were to arrive in 3 days. When we came to pick the mattresses up at 4 on Saturday, all of the warehouse guys had already left for the day and they did not have anything to tie the mattresses on with. They showed us which mattresses were ours and my fiance loaded them up. The other Simmons mattress was for my uncle, who has MS and is extremely thin. We bought him a pillowtop beautyrest because he is needs the extra padding. When we arrived at his new house to set the mattress up for him (he was arriving on a plane that night), we discovered that they had not even given us the right mattress.
