Much nicer than any other BBW store…read more I often pick up Christmas gifts for my wife at this particular location. It's quieter, better stocked and much more organized than other BBW stores. The customer service is excellent and the selection is diverse, including both sale and regular items for both men and women. Personally, I like the Bigelow men's skincare line. It's good stuff, affordably priced and is always on sale. The selection is much better here than at the Flint store, which is too busy, and the outlets, which are a zoo, filled with bargain shoppers who are looking for the 75% merchandise, causing the store to appear like a cyclone hit. If I'm looking for a gift, the girls that work here are always helpful and willing to lend a hand or give me suggestions on gift ideas, etc.

Better than the GVC store…read more.. This one is chock full of the exact same cosmetics/perfume brands as the other Sephora's, this particular location has much better customer service. I've shopped in here a lot lately and love picking up samples of new fragrances/serums/moisturizers, etc.. this store is particularly generous on that front and the customer service experience here has been amazing. The lines are also shorter and faster than the GVC location and some of the larger Sephora's in other towns. I has a largely unopened new bottle of perfume from here that had a defective seal, causing all of the perfume to evaporate. The manager kindly exchanged it for a full, brand-new bottle, no questions asked. I greatly appreciated that. I often pick up makeup brushes, fragrance and Sephora line lipsticks and highlighters here, plus items from a couple of other lines. The selection seems impressive for a smallish space and the layout is super organized. While I still go to Ulta, this particular Sephora is a good option for fragrance, makeup brushes and moisturizers.

This is completely unacceptable for an established patient, especially for a non-controlled substance. I stopped there on my way to word at 630pm to see if it was ready and was told "you can come in and wait for 30minutes and it should be ready." By 9pm It still wasn't ready so I called and after being on hold for 19minutes, the tech told me 15 minutes. I took my break at work early n ran across the street to pick it up before they closed and at 945pm it still wasn't ready and I had to wait even more. Horrible costumer service and no efficiency whatsoever. Go to literally any other pharmacy unless you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a medication that should realistically only take 1-2 hours to fill.

Really love the Backstage section of our local Macy's…read more... I know not every Macy's has a Backstage section, so we're particularly happy our local one has it. My husband and I shop in Macy's a lot, and we've been shopping quite a bit lately in this particular corner of the store. It has everything from clothing (men's, women's, babies and kid's), perfume, jewelry and handbags to kid's toys, decor, candy, cosmetics, skincare, men's grooming, luggage, housewares and phone accessories and giftware.. and the prices are great. I like that the same store return policy and credit, Macy's points and star rewards still work (as they do in the regular Macy's.. The selection is great/ and clearance prices are crazy. I picked up some Aldo shoes for next to nothing and my husband and I picked up new Karl Lagerfeld luggage here this past spring that was cute and low priced..they also sell Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs and Karl Lagerfeld handbags on occasion.... I just stopped in and did a lot of early Christmas shopping here. It was quick and simple- good selection. low prices, and terrific service.

Oh, and your Macy's star rewards points do count on credit card purchases to get star rewards Macy's money back ($10 per x $$$ on your Macy's card). They have everything here- clothes, furniture, housewares, beauty products, decor, techie stuff, shoes, kids stuff, art, toys, candy, handbags., jewelry, giftware, men's grooming supplies.

Although I moved around the country over the years I always managed to keep a bottle of this delicious oil with me. Most of the time I have had friends and family pick up a bottle and send it to me. Well today I happened to be in Michigan for ONE DAY and stopping by this stand was on my must-do list for the day. My plan was to pick out a handful of new oils (in addition to getting the usual) while I was there in person and had the opportunity to smell them rather than randomly choosing them by name off the website. I went to the mall, approached the stand and saw that there is now a "Moon Goddess" oil sitting next to my fav. I picked it up, smelled it and couldn't decipher much of a difference. So as I weighed the options before me I asked the woman (who is the owner and who has been running the place for eons), what the difference between the two were. She snapped back with "the oil recipes are a trade secret so I don't supply that information". WTF? I have zero interest in going into the small town kiosk oil stand business. I was expecting something like "this one has a sweeter scent" or "that one has more of a woody aroma" but no, I was rudely yelled at for asking a completely reasonable question. She proceeded to be rude when I asked for a larger bottle than the one she was getting ready to pour it into. Wait, isn't this your business that you run and make a living at? Why on earth would you treat your customers this way? Thanks a lot you bi-ach. You have completely ruined my long running love for your little oil. I put it on as I left and decided that I'm tossing the bottle. You took something that was nostalgic in my mind and turned it to something I don't like or want anymore. I guess you have saved my friends the trouble of getting this for me in the future because I will no longer be a customer. I'm being generous with 2 stars because the oil is pretty decent. The cons are it could last longer, customer service and location.
