I placed an order online through their website on September 27th. It is now November 22nd and I never received my package. Never got an email that my ordered was shipped, no tracking number. Zero communication after submitting my order. I sent emails through their website contact form but never received a response either. I tried logging in and also tried checking the status of my order but it was impossible. I kept getting an error message about a CAPTCHA, which the website does not give you. This is my experience with their website. I cannot speak on how they are in-store. Just don't shop online. read more

Needed seven days candles and this place came up in my yelp. As soon as I walked in I was greeted nicely. Store has everything that you would need as far as candles. Will definitely be back. read more

I went to Botanica Santisima Caridad del Cobre on June 8, 2020 I was greeted by owner Mary Rodriguez. She was very kind,sweet and pleasant. She didn't try to pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. She answered all of my many questions. I even purchased a read which was very affordable. She is very honest and straightforward unlike the charlatans I've been too in the past. Look no further for your Spiritual needs and go to Botanica Santisima Caridad Del Cobre 2526 N.
