She took the time to answer all our questions, offered help, and made sure we left feeling confident about our purchase. Her friendly and approachable attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. I can't forget to acknowledge the workers. All so knowledgeable and friendly.

Located conveniently off Griffin Rd, it's hard to miss & has plenty of parking in the front. It seems like there's always a couple of employees walking around who are eager to help out. Their space is not massive by any means but it's set up to get the most out of it & they do it well. It's clearly sectioned off so you can easily find what you're looking for. Trees, native & exotic plants, fruit & vegetable plants, succulents, flowers; there's no shortage of variety here. They also do a good job at rotating their selection. I like that there's usually something new to me when I visit. For the most part, prices are great. If you're on a budget, you can walk away with an armful of succulents or small potted flowers for under $15. Also, There's always a sale of some sort. Like other places, they have things that are very expensive but at least the quality of these products seem good. Supporting local businesses is always a great thing to do so I try to stop by here monthly. If you're a fan of gardening or want to get started, this is a great place to check out. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and provided useful information about the different rock options, but he wasn't particularly friendly or conversational. Customer service definitely wasn't a strong point, but I appreciated the clear details he shared. One big plus , they were able to deliver my order the same day I made the purchase, and the delivery fee was $100. Despite the lack of warmth in customer service, I'd go back if I need more rocks in the future. I'd recommend them if you're looking for good prices and same-day delivery, just don't expect a smile with your service, after all, they're selling rocks, not charm.

Their invoice to Gravelshop was for $345. This compares to $674.08 cents that I paid to Gravelshop for the order. I have no issue with mark-ups through the channel, but a 95% markup seems a bit excessive? I also compared this to the last order that I made for the same product, same amount etc., in November last year - that order was $603.13 so year-on-year Gravelshop increased its price to customer by 12%. It seems everyone is gouging as much as they can nowadays, and the consumer is the one paying the price. I am sorry to say that although the delivery/service went smoothly, enough is enough and unfortunately I won't be ordering through Gravelshop anymore with prices like this. This is unfortunate, as I have otherwise enjoyed my experience with Gravelshop.

Avoid this business, not trustworthy, and they do lousy work. Carlos said it would be $100 dollars to "prepare" the area and $100 to "install" the sod. I paid upfront and was told everything would be ready to go when the day came. When they came to do the job, they showed up late and without the sod, saying that it wasn't ready. They left to go pick up the sod then came back 1.5hours later and still didn't have the sod. .... they then began to prepare the area, simply weed whacking the grass that was there. Left to go pick up the sod again, and cane back TWO HOURS later. I know this because I took a whole day off of work in order to supervise the work. When it came time to "install" the grass, he was literally going to just place the sod on the spot and call it a day. I then told him "aren't you going to level the ground then put it down systematically?" He argued for a bit that it wasn't necessary until I insisted that it be leveled first. WHATTA JOKE. My elderly relative and I literally had to start doing it ourselves so that him and his guy would follow suit. They took all day to do 1 thing then at the end of the day hurried and left without even watering the grass. He even didn't haul away the mound of old grass, dirt, and debris as he said he would. And when we asked him about it he said the garbage men would pick it up. I ended up having to dispose of it all myself. I also asked Carlos several days later asking if he would come to finish the job and plant the several trees as we agreed as part of the deal and he said thats not his job, someone else in his staff was supposed to come do that and he doesn't do things "for free". I ended up planting all the trees myself as well. Spent nearly $1000 dollars and that's the treatment i got. Needless to say the reviews are all true and you should not go anywhere near this place or people. You're better off doing everything yourself.
