During this time o was also in nursing school and knew I wanted to be an injector. After graduating I took the basics course with Laura , she was such a good instructor. She went over facial anatomy , safety, different fillers , Botox and technique with me then we did hands on training . During this training she was very detailed and I didn't feel rushed nor did she make me feel scared to ask questions which I loved. After watching her inject a few clients you get the opportunity to inject on your own model , I was very nervous but she walked be through every step. We all know getting hired as a new injector is very challenging and makes you feel like you'll never get in anywhere , but 2 months after my course with Laura she hired me as a laser nurse at FMU then shortly after trained me more and more and now I'm an injector ! Don't give up ! It took me a year after graduating and working at diff Med spas to be where I'm at now, just make sure to get trained and certified by someone who knows what they're doing and is good at it !
