The Law Offices of Phil Cobb are a little hard to find and is located in one of those small funky blocks which is a Portland signature. There's also a nice big park across on the other side of the busy street. The building itself has an odd multi-level vibe, with many other small tenants scattered here and there. Phil's Suite is on the right and with "signature" shag carpeting. He's certainly maintaining a low overhead and judging by the diversity of clientele and friends coming through during my visit, he's a popular and well-liked guy. His fees were certainly reasonable and I had to remind myself that you don't need a fancy office complex to offer the solid and practical advice I received here.
