He was thorough, professional, and detail-oriented, taking photos from the roof down and pointing out potential issues to keep an eye on in the future. I wouldn't recommend Curt I told him I wanted to be there during the inspection. And agreed. he showed up early for the inspection and was done when I got there, then I found out he already had a side job lined up with the owner of the house to fix some things. I wouldn't trust him specially if he's doing work on the side for homeowners. read more

If you think you might have mold in your home, LOOK NO FURTHER! Curt with bottomline inspections was very knowledgeable, personable and straightforward! He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and he even walked around my house with me and gave me tips on how to keep moisture and mildew from getting into my home! He did a very thorough walk-through and I am so happy and so pleased that in such a stressful time, I decided to call Curt! Seriously don't look any further! Thank you Curt!!!! read more
