We came from Brooklyn to see Henry for my fiance wedding looks. He has a muscular build, which makes buying suits tricky. Henry was patient and helped us pick the correct size. He also spoke to our tailor back in Brooklyn to make sure the jacket would be appropriately tailored. The only complaint, Henry needs to be in NYC ASAP! Lol My fiancé got compliments all night! I tried on a number of things and decided to buy a cami top that had a nice pattern I hadn't seen in mass retail stores. It was $121.50. Much higher than I usually spend for a simple cami (that is not silk), but I decided what the heck, yolo. I did try it on and it fit nice. It had adjustable straps so I figured it's perfect! And was lined, very nice. Good buy. I didn't go to wear the cami until a week or two later. Once i had it on with a nice jacket over top for work I noticed the adjustable straps did not stay put. They expanded by themselves to the point everything was hanging out within minutes. Not a good look for the office. I went back to the store the next day and was told 'oops sorry you're 4 days beyond the 14 day return policy. Giggle giggle, oh sorry.' I get it, how about store credit? The young ladies that day had to call the manager (I guess) who told them no, sorry, no store credit, no refund, no exchanges, nothing! Too bad. A blown $121.50 for a top I will never be able to wear. Not to mention the crappy customer service. I will never shop here again. I have a lot of money and love boutiques and I'm at Glen Eagle all the time! Never again.

After trying on about 4 outfits, she put together an outfit that was PERFECT! I couldn't have asked for more! Ladies please let me tell you anything that you are looking for: casual, ate night, business or dressy. Scout and Molly's has what you are looking for and they will help you and make you feel like a queen. I have bee in other stores and they will ask once and ignore you not in this store. No! The ladies will not bother you but make you feel comfortable to talk about what you need and how they can help and put together an outfit if you are unsure. No one in the store is there to just sell you something without you looking and loving what you purchase which means a lot!! I will definitely be back to shop since a new season is arriving and new styles are arriving! Great shopping ladies!! :))

Great merchandise in the women, men, and children's clothing section. Halloween and Christmas PJ's out for the fam for those holiday photos. Customer service/sales associate Tyra said hello when we walked thru the door and gave the warm, "Can I help you find something today?" She took us to the women's section and to the sales for the day. The line moved quickly. My faith in outlets has been restored. I will be back. To be continued.

The store is stocked BUT it's not clean, it's dirty and dusty all of the time. Young staff members…read morewander around the store and aren't helpful. Discounts aren't even that great, unless you get their credit card, which I won't. The store layout is awkward and too congested. Either clothes are too short or enormous, there is no in between. I've lost interest in the store. The fitting room has a lot of returns, I think people feel the same way as I do about the clothes.
