The plates average around 20 euros per person and are all made from high quality meat. All the sides are fresh and are of excellent quality to match the meal. I've been to many of the weinstubs in Strasbourg and I have tried similar dishes but the quality is not the same quality level of Porcus. There is a delicatessen downstairs and the restaurant is upstairs. I would recommend reservations as it can be a problem with the downstairs staff not wanting to seat you. Once you are upstairs, you will have excellent service. The view is of the little courtyard in the square but it is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Their wine choices pair well with the food and there are recommendations. I've been a few times now and have enjoyed sausages, a plate of cold cuts and a rabbit terrine. If you find yourself looking for a good quiet lunch spot, I'd recommend Porcus.

We had lunch here which were huge sandwiches (about 30-35 cms in length) on home baked baguettes. Really, much more than we expected or needed. But yeah, we did finish all three of them! Cheap too. Go here for a pretty quick, extremely cheap, and extremely filling lunch/sandwich. You won't be disappointed.
