I came to this location to rent a truck last minute and the shop owner, Andy, was very helpful and friendly. He was very accomodating when I told him I needed my truck at 8:30am (he opens at 9:30am) and came 30 mins earlier to meet with me. He also helped me save money by suggesting I make my truck rental a round trip instead of one way. Throughout the whole process it didn't feel like Andy was trying to make money off me but actually trying to help me get the best deal. There was no upsell at all. I recommend him if you ever need a truck rental.

In total, we have purchased 6 fixtures and couldn't be more pleased with them and the service we received from the staff. First we bought a fixture for our kitchen that didn't work well in the space. The shoppe was more than willing to take take it back even though it was opened and they worked with us to find a better piece. The next time we were there we bought s few more fixtures, including a large one fir our dinning room. After a few weeks we noticed that the organza on the shade was pealing off. I was a bit irritated by this but when I called to complain the staff were amazing and ordered me two more! Not only this, they trusted me enough that I didn't even have to bring in the original shade. I've never seen this type of service. I was very impressed, now I refer everyone there :)
