Unfortunately, Sunday evening, passed without any response, even after our realtor reached out to her at 7 PM. I forgot to mention she changed the wording on Zillow AFTER we submitted our offer. This morning, we checked Zillow and found the property marked as PENDING. I believe that a truly ethical & professional realtor would have informed our realtor of any higher offers and given us the opportunity to adjust our bid accordingly. I suppose we will find out after the sale is finalized how much it sold for and to whom. While, I'm not making accusations, the circumstances of an agreement made on a Sunday night do seem questionable.

More concerning is the complete lack of response--emails and follow-ups have gone unanswered for months. This isn't a complicated situation. Under fair housing laws, assistance animals are not considered pets, and tenants should not be charged pet-related fees. I've made every effort to handle this properly and professionally, but the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.
