Couldn't get a hold of anyone over the phone so had to go in. Jolee helped me. She got on phone with customer service to request a refund. Well they were giving her a hard time. They told her I'd have to email them my bank statement to get a refund. But I wasn't guaranteed my money back. Well I know that if it were some one or someplace else they would have given me the email address and tell me the same nonsense that was told to her. NO, Instead she insisted the situation be handled differently. I guess you could say "she had my back". She wasn't rude to them she just stated that it was wrong and that I shouldn't have to go thru all that drama. I typically use them to start my tan before trips or when it is tan season. I was so excited to start my tan yesterday. The front desk lady then asked if I wanted to buy a package. I was extremely confused because I know I did not use my 20 sessions. The lady proceeds to let me know they have expired. I had six tanning sessions left. I was NEVER told they expired. There is no way I would throw away money or my six sessions like that. She said there's nothing they can do about it repeatedly. She also checked who sold me the sessions, and lets me know she doesn't work with them anymore. I asked to talk to a supervisor or manager. I was told the manager/supervisor would give me a call because they can't give her number out. She again said there's nothing we can do anyways. I have not heard from anyone. Again, I was not told they expired and lost 30% of my purchase. This is not okay.
