The plain croissant reminded me of something I would get at a hospital or a bakery that labels things as croissants when they are clearly not. No flaky outer layer...just the same as what you find inside. So sad. As if this wasn't enough of a disappointment, as my husband and I sat down to enjoy our cappuccinos (sadly made from a machine and not espresso as I had hoped), we discovered that neither of our coffees actually had any coffee in them and were literally just the milk. The only reason this place gets any stars is I did also purchase a bread with raisins and nuts and I thought it was actually ok. If Sunday this is your only option...think twice or maybe just avoid the croissants and coffee as it seems other comme y'a indicate the actual pastries are ok.

After reading all the rave reviews, I decided I wanted to try this and we got the praline flavor. The meringue is basically the base of the dessert and then it's topped with a chantilly cream which is really fresh and then it's topped with nuts or chocolate flakes, depending on the flavor. We got the praline one and it was topped with almonds and hazelnuts. While everything was really fresh and the pastry was light, it was just really sweet. Neither of us were really craving more, and we were glad we had only just gotten one to share. I can't remember the exact price but it was somewhere around 2,50-3€. For me, I'd much rather have an ice cream or some other kind of French patisserie. The desserts here are certainly unique and you probably won't find things like this elsewhere, but just not for me. I wouldn't come back here nor recommend it.

This was mainly a bakery (boulangerie) but their bread was incredible - perfect, crusty, crunchy crusts. Their rye bread (avec farine de siegle) still blows my mind. Comes in a large or small circular loaf with thick, textured crust and an impressively soft, moist center. Prices are comparable to other bakeries (which are pretty similar across France for bread). If you're looking for fresh bread in this area I absolutely recommend you come here !
