I am fair but can be very demanding and am not easy to please - so this is not just ignorant gushing. Ketron are the very best kind of contractors. Family business operated by people passionate about their trade and chasing perfection every day. Service and quality of product were class A. I received a total of 9 quotes for my full roof replacement (40 squares of composite) and Ketron were not the cheapest or going to have the fastest installation. They were just below average on cost and their install was actually going to be one of the longest once it was started. But they had a spot in their schedule to do the work that worked with my busy schedule (I never let contractors work when I'm not around) and their knowledge on the products and process seemed superb and their sales style of no BS, no push, just information made me believe they were going to provide the most value for what I paid. I was correct. Not only did they put a beautiful new roof on my house, they spent several extra days ensuring that every trim, fascia, and waterproofing detail was done perfectly so that I never have water in my house again. There's no way anyone promising 2 or 3 day roof replacements is going to be this thorough. Communication through out the process was spot on and no issues with paperwork or payment terms. They kept the site very clean after every work day. A comprehensive report at the completion of construction was handed over with great detail on any issues they encountered, how they were resolved, and photos showing exactly what I paid for being installed correctly. Genuinely enjoyed talking with both the owners and the entire process was as good as I have ever had with a contractor. Couldn't recommend strongly enough to anyone looking for any sort of roofing help - give Mitch and Clay a call. End of April 2025, I hired Landscape Pros to install a back yard for me. The owner Josh came to my…read morehouse and gave me a bid to level the back yard, bring in top soil, install curbing, hydroseed, gravel and a sprinkler system. He quoted me a price which after getting several bids I thought was fair and reasonable. Once the work was completed Josh informed me he needed to raise my bid $150.00 for "extra" work that was done. What the extra was I am not sure. A few weeks into May I started noticing that the sprinkler system was not covering the full yard. Some areas were flooding while other areas were not getting any water at all. I contacted Josh and asked him to come back and adjust the sprinklers. He sent one of his guys over and after discussion he removed one of the sprinkler heads that was causing flooding. He adjusted the other sprinkler heads, but still the yard was not getting coverage. I asked him to come back a second time when I noticed water bubbling out of the ground. They had poured concrete on top of a sprinkler head. By this time the grass was dead and I had to bring in more top soil and reseed. Several of the sprinkler heads were buried so far into the ground that they could not pop up over the curbing. By this time I was getting pretty frustrated when my sprinkler would not shut off. The valve box was full of water, a third time I asked Josh to come out and fix the leaking valve. Which I am told he did, however the leaking didn't stop. On the fourth request to fix the sprinkler problems I was told I was watering too much, and water was "splashing into the valve box" Really??? I am a women but I am not stupid. Four or five times I requested that Josh come and fix the problems and I always received a text "once my guys are free" it is now the end of August. I ended up hiring someone else to correct all the issues that Josh and Landscape Pros have caused. The people I hired to fix the sprinkler said the manifold and valves that were installed by Landscape Pros were old and possibly used. The manifold was cracked and leaking water, which if it was new (installed in May) it shouldn't be that damaged. Landscape Pros have no attention for detail and the work was very sloppy, in addition if a landscape company is going to take full advantage of a single widow you need to ask yourself if you really want to hire them.

Well, I came home from work one day and all the forms were in. He called me later that evening and said they would be pouring two days later. Low and behold, two days later he poured the concrete, did the finish work, cleaned up and the concrete looks fabulous. I was very nervous about choosing a concrete contractor, however Dan Lyson did a great job and I would absolutely hire him again. Thanks Dan for being conscientious and doing such a great job.
