I first used C-Thru Window Cleaning to do my Christmas lights in 2020. Of course, Paul (the owner)…read morepromised the world with respect to service... and also advised he will only install lights that he sells. He then tells me that, though they're at five times more expensive than any lights I could find on my own, the only ones he sells are "professional grade" and the most reliable lights available. Parts of Paul's sales pitch was also that he regularly drives around and checks his customers' lights "to ensure there are no bulb failures." If there are, he say, "I replace them on the spot." Right from the start I had faulty blue bulbs... and the number at least doubled each of the next two years... and it was ONLY the blue bulbs. Last year (my third year using his service) I had 28 burned out bulbs, none of which he'd replaced. When he took them down last February (2023), he acknowledged other clients had significant issues exclusively with their blue bulbs as well, adding that he'd get his supplier to replace them ALL for me when he did my install for Christmas 2023- even the blue ones still working - under warranty as they were apparently a defective production run. He never returned my calls to set up an appointment for 2023, though, and when I saw him working at a neighbor's house I asked him about my lights. He claimed he'd already replaced them last year - which was an outright lie. He said he "couldn't afford" to replace my lights (what happened to the supplier replacing under warranty?) so I would have to pay for them. As December was just a couple weeks away I agreed, but after several calls and getting no response I concluded Paul's a monumental flake, a poor businessman and an overall shady guy. My advice, avoid doing business with him, whether it's for holiday lights or window cleaning... there a many other more reputable companies in the area.

When the landlord went to check their work, none of the windows or blinds were cleaned and we had to go back in and clean them ourselves after paying $200 for 4.5 hours and they weren't even in the house for 4.5 hours. They said they would arrive between 9:45-10:15am and they did not show up until 10:35 and then texted us a little before 1 to let us know they were finished. That was maybe 3 hours that they were there. We reached out to the original text and called the phone number provided to see if they would be willing to fix the issue and the call was sent to voicemail with no response from them and it has been two days. Very disappointing as they had great reviews on google.

Family business operated by people passionate about their trade and chasing perfection every day. Service and quality of product were class A. I received a total of 9 quotes for my full roof replacement (40 squares of composite) and Ketron were not the cheapest or going to have the fastest installation. They were just below average on cost and their install was actually going to be one of the longest once it was started. But they had a spot in their schedule to do the work that worked with my busy schedule (I never let contractors work when I'm not around) and their knowledge on the products and process seemed superb and their sales style of no BS, no push, just information made me believe they were going to provide the most value for what I paid. I was correct. Not only did they put a beautiful new roof on my house, they spent several extra days ensuring that every trim, fascia, and waterproofing detail was done perfectly so that I never have water in my house again. There's no way anyone promising 2 or 3 day roof replacements is going to be this thorough. Communication through out the process was spot on and no issues with paperwork or payment terms. They kept the site very clean after every work day. A comprehensive report at the completion of construction was handed over with great detail on any issues they encountered, how they were resolved, and photos showing exactly what I paid for being installed correctly. Genuinely enjoyed talking with both the owners and the entire process was as good as I have ever had with a contractor. Couldn't recommend strongly enough to anyone looking for any sort of roofing help - give Mitch and Clay a call. I will be using them again as my sole bid for new construction moving forward - the only contractor I trust this much. A partner in business not just another bidder.

The sheet metal is rusting and flapping in the wind. Not to mention it leaks horribly. The flashing around my chimney is installed wrong and leaks water into my ceiling and front room. It has been over a year of constant hounding him but he only states he is really busy and will get to it. Sorry, but no one is that busy and if you don't take care of your customers you soon won't have any new ones. During the initial job he would show up (randomly) for an hour or so then claim he needed to go to Spokane to get parts. Every time? No wonder it months to install my residential roof when it should have been a couple of weeks at most. Terrible company. Shoddy work and absolutely no follow up or warranty. Did I mention he is the only employee/worker? So don't expect a "crew" to be doing your project.
