If I'm strategic I can usually get a decent sized bouquet for $25 or less. Also love the produce stand where you can fill a bag for $15. Some great deals depending on what you're getting. It gets crowded for sure but if you wait and go a tad bit later it's not so bad.

Decided in a few tomatoes and peppers to go with dinner. Fairly priced and oh so fresh. The lady farmer working was so nice and inquired as to if if I'd tried their corn. Since I hadn't they sent me home with a couple free ears - how nice! They also shared I can put the entire ear (with covering leaves) directly in the microwave to heat it up - what a great hack. We have had a CSA (community supported agriculture) with Aspen Moon Farm for four years. We are so…read morehappy when May comes around and we can get fresh and healthy organic food from this farm. You can receive your CSA goodies on a weekly or biweekly basis. There is also an option for a flexible share (you get to choose the items) or Farmer's Choice which is where the farm chooses the items (this is less expensive). You do not have to be a CSA member to get food from Aspen Moon. Their food stand is open Tuesday through Friday. They also sell their food at the Longmont and Boulder farmer's markets. They carry delicious vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, squash, carrots, beets, lettuce mix which is better than any I have had at the grocery store and it lasts so much longer, herbs, flowers + much more. They also occasionally carry fruit such as peaches and cherries from the Western Slope. They will also at times sell food from other businesses such as goat cheese, pasta and bread. They carry starter plants at the beginning of the season. I pick up my veggies at the Hygiene location. There is free parking. The staff has always been so friendly.

I discovered them one Sunday at the Central Park (Founder's Green) Farmer's Market - 29th & Roslyn (8:30AM -12:30PM). At Founder's Green look for the yellow tents & big white truck every week, rain or shine thru about mid-October. I was told they've been at that same spot for 20 years. The produce looks like it could appear on a Food Magazine cover! It's beautiful. Everything is bigger, brighter & better than what you'd find in the grocery aisles. Over the weeks I've tried many of the veggies & fruits, sometimes they have yummy samples. The two owners ( I think they are the owners), are there each week - one helps customers with the produce & the other weighs & takes payment. They're friendly & super helpful. They've given tips on microwaving corn on the cob & offering to cut off the very long tops of carrots. Speaking of corn....if you're a corn lover their Peaches & Cream Corn on the Cob is definitely worth getting, so fresh & sweet. Palizzi Farms Produce is the best!
