I discovered them one Sunday at the Central Park (Founder's Green) Farmer's Market - 29th & Roslyn (8:30AM -12:30PM). At Founder's Green look for the yellow tents & big white truck every week, rain or shine thru about mid-October. I was told they've been at that same spot for 20 years. The produce looks like it could appear on a Food Magazine cover! It's beautiful. Everything is bigger, brighter & better than what you'd find in the grocery aisles. Over the weeks I've tried many of the veggies & fruits, sometimes they have yummy samples. The two owners ( I think they are the owners), are there each week - one helps customers with the produce & the other weighs & takes payment. They're friendly & super helpful. They've given tips on microwaving corn on the cob & offering to cut off the very long tops of carrots. Speaking of corn....if you're a corn lover their Peaches & Cream Corn on the Cob is definitely worth getting, so fresh & sweet. Palizzi Farms Produce is the best!

Decided in a few tomatoes and peppers to go with dinner. Fairly priced and oh so fresh. The lady farmer working was so nice and inquired as to if if I'd tried their corn. Since I hadn't they sent me home with a couple free ears - how nice! They also shared I can put the entire ear (with covering leaves) directly in the microwave to heat it up - what a great hack. Highly recommend & will def be back!

My neighbor knocked on my door the other day and said Mrs. Miller accidentally delivered my CSA box to my her doorstep. When I emailed Miller Farms, I received a response from Mrs. Miller herself asserting that, instead of taking responsibility for her mistake, she 1.) definitely delivered to the correct address and 2.) my neighbor definitely had stolen my box from my doorstep. WHAT? When I asked my very confused but honest neighbor about this, she came over with my delivery box, cash for the vegetables she had taken out of the box (because she thought her church had delivered vegetables to her), and a Ring camera recording of Mrs. Miller walking away from her door. Mistakes happen and are forgivable, but partaking in actions and words that endanger the bonds between neighbors is unconscionable behavior. Don't give these people your money - there are better farms and more honest folks out there.

There is an abundance of parking in the huge dirt lot because this farmers market is at the Boulder County Fairgrounds. There is a great customer service booth. Most purveyors take credit cards but there is also an ATM machine. There is always some musical performer, lots of prepared foods, Palisade peaches, produce, baked goods, olives and more. Don't miss it! Funky and casual. Wear a hat because it is sunny here 300 days a year!
