The property is well maintained and the property is very clean. The snow removal is the most organized and thorough no matter how big the storm. This is notable attention to detail to make things safer and more organized. My unit was well designed and in very good condition. The maintenance team is prompt and timely. The other amenities are well organized. The management team is one of the key benefits as Taylor the property manager and Jacqueline in leasing are top notch difference makers. High speed Xfinity internet built-in is good but can be confusing at setup. The speed throughput is fast but not as fast as my standalone Xfinity was. Package delivery is competitive with other complexes Package delivery is always difficult at any complex mostly due the the inconsistency of Amazon delivery drivers. They simply don't follow instructions. USPS is better than any other PO I have experienced. Trash is centralized and easy enough. On certain holiday times the compactors can get full. More frequent removal at those predictable times could help. Overall Tara Heights is an outstanding complex, relatively quiet, respectful neighbors, and an outstanding setting. Highly recommended.

Shopping abounds on the nearby DW highway. Medical care can be easily reached by walking a half mile from one's apartment. The maintenance department is first rate and always willing correct any issue one may have with your apartment. The managers have always stood out for their readiness to help the renter with their concerns. Taylor D, the current manager, does an excellent job supporting the residents. The free nearby gym, the excellent walking trails, the clubhouses and swimming pools make Tara Heights an amazing place to live. Dave and Jean C. posted January, 2025

Maybe I liked the thrill of wondering whether I'd have hot water today, or maybe it was the rustic charm of water leaking into my bedroom every time it rained. Who needs a rain sound machine when your ceiling drips? Bonus: the maintenance guy casually mentioned our water leak had been a problem for years. People drive through here like it's the Indy 500. Speed bumps have not been maintained since 1967, no enforcement, and zero concern for pedestrians. Stepping outside your front door feels like a game of real-life Frogger. You honestly take your life into your hands just trying to walk to your car. Don't let your kids go out to play! Snow removal? Hilarious. If you're into ice skating, you're in luck -- the sidewalks double as rinks all winter. Also, you pay for parking, but good luck finding a spot. Just be like everyone else, block fire lanes and fire hydrants. Remember there are no rules here! No safety concerns at all. The first unit we had came with free cockroaches. Every day. Like a nature documentary but less fun. Oh, and our cabinets? Waterlogged, rotting, and giving "haunted house" energy. The dog parks are basically landmines of unclaimed poop. Smokers light up everywhere, despite the whole "smoke-free" claim. And don't even get me started on the rent increases -- they just spin a wheel, add $200, and call it a day. Also, before you believe the flood of glowing 5-star reviews, take a look at where they're coming from. A lot of them have review histories in totally different states -- or even different countries. It's weird how someone is apparently living in New Hampshire and only reviewing restaurants in Pennsylvania? Seems totally legit, right? This place is less "apartment community" and more "slowly deteriorating money pit." Unless you're into stress, mold, and mystery moisture -- do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Before I begin it is important that this review is from an outside persons perspective, as I am temporary relocated in Nashua, NH for business reasons. I have lived here for two (2) years now, I noticed that the management, unfortunately is inconstant with meeting customer/tenant requests in a timely and welcoming manner...I try to avoid the management office because they make me feel like I am imposing. Now in the Management's defense this may be due to the office being understaffed, I can tell the Management team often seems "stressed out" and cranky. I have lived in two separate units over the two years. My first year I was in a two bedroom on the first floor. To be chief, I warn prospective tenants, do not live anywhere in the building that feels humid or damp.....there will be mold. This made me very upset, as I own a multi-family that I rent to college students, and would never subject a human being, in a first world country to pay to live somewhere there is visible mold growing on sheet rock and near my HVAC inlet to spread mold spores throughout my apartment for me to inhale....unacceptable...not for $1,450 per month for a 2br. On the contrary my new unit ($1,550 3br/mo) does not have this problem, it is spacious with high ceilings and is very clean, (it is also well above ground level). The units are economical looking with vinyl flooring and economical carpet. The appliances are basic, nothing stainless, nothing special. There are washer and dryers located on every floor, of course at a price, to wash and dry a medium load will cost $3.75. I find this reasonable, but I think it's a minor inconvenience to have to haul your laundry down the hallways when most other 'nicer' rental properties have a washer/dryer inside of the unit. Their is a DIVERSITY of income within the building, what I mean by that is quite literal. In short this place works for me right now(I am becoming anxious to relocate), I am not saying this property is Excellent and I am not saying it is Terrible, I would just ask you be careful in considering living here I moved in this building from out of town and felt very mislead in terms of the atmosphere. I listed what I pay to help others compare; This place is expensive for Nashua IMO. I hope this helps, good luck in your pursuit for housing.

At that time, maybe still, the bottom two floors were Section 8 housing. In the warmer months, the police were there almost every weekend. One morning I left for work (I was on an upper floor) to see my long hall covered with graffiti. It was painted over by the time I got home. Management team seemed to have a chip on the shoulder, talked down to me on several occasions, I was glad to move.

I have been a tenant for over 3yrs…read more There is some major problems at this complex It was a very nice family complex when I first moved in now they seem to rent to anyone Sex offenders, drug dealers, working girls , 5 or 6 adults in a 2 bedroom unit etc.. Not a place for sleeping at night lots of trafic in and out all night long with loud exhaust and tenants that slamming doors or arguments/drug deals out side your windows all hours of the night very very disruptive They increase rent every year higher then what you will get for a cost of living raise in pay. Per year on average it's $600.00+ more per year So if your on a fixed income it won't work unless you want to give up food etc. You can only have Comcast cable here no dish or Direct TV allowed and if you need cable repair services it can take a month or 2 for them to show up its contracted out to another company J+L cable in lowell MA and they want to charge you for repairs even after comcast tells you their will not be a charge for the repair If your on 2nd floor unit no small grills allowed on deck first floor grill is ok love my grill move it 15 feet from building before using it You must have renters insurance to cover the replacement cost of your rented unit for $130,000.00+ per year so that's another $35.00+ per month on top of your rent pending on your credit score insurance claims etc. There is only 1 parking spot per unit you can not get a 2nd spot the 15 extra spots out back for visitor parking are being used/taken by units that have more then 1 car Some units here have 3+ adults so thats 3+ cars so parking for visitors here is none sorry first come gets the spot If your out late and come home after 11 pm your spot might be full by a visitor they park anywhere they want and the renters here do not tell their guest not to park there If your guest parks at chunkys they will be towed same with the Home Depot parking lot Laundry room per building has 2 washing machine and 2 dryers it's $3.00 total per load Wash and Dry They are in use all the time wait all day to use a machine my weekend is tied up trying to get laundry done most time end up doing it Saturday or Sunday night after 11 pm Never avilible during the week at night tenants here don't care they leave their laundry in the washing machine or dryer all day even over night some times They wash nasty things you wash your stuff and it's now covered in there remnants of their nasty sh1t  They will color/dye their cloths and now your whites are tinted pink, green, orange, etc. $UCKS costs me alot to replace work shirts it's happend to me 3 times in 2 years the Mgmt. Co. says it's not their problem and I can not have a washer dryer in my unit There is no way to pay your rent electronically you get an envelope on your door every month a week before it's due and you have to send a check no exceptions If your not home or if you are on vacation and miss the rent and its late they will evict you they are very fast to do that.. it a zero tolerance for late rent I wish I could afford to pay more per month other Nashua properties have much better amenities neighbors and parking
