If you value your money, don't live here First things first, if you wish to live in a broken down 50's style home, where the storage is slim and doesn't make sense, by all means have at it If you want visitors, they can only stay for up to 2 days otherwise don't bother -via their contract. Also it's great and all that the snow plowers come quickly however if you go on vacation during the snowy months and your car is still there, you are S.O.L. they will tow it and they don't care even if it is a government vehicle. ( a lot of apartment complex's workout deals with towing companies for extra money, and this complex is definitely one of them). The rent they ask for a 1 bedroom, is about 550 sqft, what you're basically paying for is a very expensive studio, it does not include utilities or internet and water and sewage is also an extra fee, so that $1,600 just jumped to $2,500.00. Also the walls are very thin...so do what you want with that information. Their amenities are laughable, the pool they have is the size of a nice pond and their gym, you have to make a reservation to use it, but given it's small size I think it would be better if they turned it into a kids playroom. If you have a job that makes you relocate, don't rent here. Whatever months you have left, they will ask you to pay for all of them, even if you are not living there and they will not lower the price or make it easy for you. Also if you are out of your mind and still willing to sign their contract, please read through it carefully as they have hidden absurdities within their contract. And if there is an emergency that requires you to move, they do not care. My husband who rented from them, had to leave for an emergency, I, his wife had to have an emergency C section, I was close to death and almost died, only to find out when I awoke, that my child had no cognitive brain function and then perished within my husband's arms. My husband explains to Boulder parks that he can no longer stay in Nashua, NH due to the emergency situation. This complex and its people do not care about a life change emergency, they only care about scamming you and taking your money. My husband had 4 months till the lease was up in June. The complex told him that they would help lower the cost due to our situation only to bill my husband later the exact amount it would cost if he continued to pay the rent till the lease ends. Save yourself money and peace of mind and do not rent here, the people who work there are twisted and toxic. There isn't a whole lot Nashua has to offer to begin with, they have trails and a ton of pubs and that's about it. read more

Pros: Nice pool and pool area, nice and peaceful grassy areas Fitness room is reasonable for what it is Very hard-working and prompt maintenance team Friendly and helpful leasing office employees Quiet Lots of parking spaces Cons: Package thefts known to occur when getting mail delivered to apartment building (packages are safe when delivered to leasing office address) Neighbors accidentally setting off fire alarms which causes ear-piercing hallway alarms to go off and forcing an evacuation of all residents in the building till the Nashua Fire Dept arrives. This happened to my building once at 5am. The Piece-of-junk window AC units are incredibly loud (you'll have to turn your tv volume up for sure) and at times so inefficient that they struggle to cool the room to below more than 73 degrees on hot summer days. The doors in the hallways that open up to the rooms are loud as all hell when people slam them shut so if you are in a unit that is on the far end of any of the floors closest to those hallway doors, prepare for that. Within the first year, I was told that I could no longer have a doormat outside of my apartment door as it was a "tripping hazard". I was actually called by Boulder Park while busy at work one day to tell me to remove my mat from the hallway. I thought it was some sort of joke. Whoever the power-obsessed idiot at Boulder Park is who sent down that order should probably move to another state. Live Free or Die? How free can you be if some loser at the top won't even let you keep a damn doormat outside your apartment door?! The heating systems are also complete antiquated garbage. Although thermostats are in the rooms, if you take advantage of using the presets for them, you will soon discover that these electronic presets and fluctuations (even slight) that can be set throughout the week actually confuse the heating systems because of how old they are and they end up basically not working and needing constant visits from maintenance (who are great). I brought to the attention of the property manager several times the presence of both squirrels and bats above my third floor unit which could be head constantly (I now have a keen ear for knowing the difference between which is up there at which times. The squirrels tend to roll acorns around and scratch. The bats in the winter go CRAZY up there, letting out these really loud chirps and squeaks and literally fighting and tussling around up there.So loud I needed to blast the TV volume. The property manager allegedly had pest control install one way bat doors but alas, the infestation (you can tell theres a TON of them) of bats came back again the next winter, making ungodly noise again. When I informed the property mgr, I was eventually told that there was nothing she could do about it. I was given the option of moving to a unit on the lower floor instead, which I guess is better than nothing but still a slap in the face to the residents who all already being overcharged. They tried to reassure me that the critters were simply "on the outside of the roof", which is a common lie that slumlords tell when they're too cheap to take care of expensive pest problems. I've been renting long enough to have heard this tired line before.I honestly feel bad that I never called the city health inspector about this because for those that don't know, guano (bat droppings) are toxic to humans and there is absolutely certain to be a TON of it up there based on all the noise you can hear from them every winter. They charge a non-negotiable 4 month penalty to break a lease with them. That's roughly a $7,600 penalty to break a lease with them. Boulder Park's top brass should be ashamed of themselves for pretending to be human beings while insisting on a penalty that big. While people (especially renters) are already struggling to survive in a post-pandemic world, Boulder Park's lawyers lie in wait to enforce $7,600 lease break penalties. Absolutely disgusting. Consult a lawyer if you need to break a lease with them and avoid their outrageous "set in stone" life-crushing lease break fee. Also, instead of doing a month to month like many apartments are known for, Boulder park does a "60-day" month to month. Just yet another cash grab from a company whose management sees regular working-class people as their footrests. Lastly, I was hit with bogus charges upon move-out after thoroughlycleaning my apartment. I have left the unit in the same condition as previous apartments I have lived at in the past and never been charged such outrageous fees. These appliances were all cleaned to the maximum they could be and are otherwise known as normal-wear that slumlords like those running Boulder Park should not be charging for. Oven cleaning $50 Toilet cleaning $30 Bathroom floor cleaning $20 Bathroom vanity $20 Bath Tub Cleaning $30 They are undoubtedly charge these bogus damage charges to everyone. read more

I stayed here for a few years and it was a great experience. The staff was attentive, responsive, professional and communicated well. Facility technition staff were very effective and timely. The property manager Kelly is not a pleasant person. She is until you sign and then once you've signed and they've got your money you don't get to actually see your own apartment that's the risk here. Show me a renovated apartment but you won't see the one that you actually want. This is a classic bait and switch. I would never rent an apartment if I didn't see the actual apartment that I was going to be in not one that they showed you as a pretty example. The buildings are old need a lot of maintenance. It's freezing in the winter and broiling in the summer. The fact that you actually get charged to throw trash in the dumpster is beyond me I've never seen that in an apartment complex. The area is fairly nice up above the apartments are these condominiums and there's been an ongoing battle with residents from the apartments trespassing with their dogs not cleaning up etc. A lot of people in these apartments that do not seem to respect private property I know there's a lot of section 8 housing you have that in all of nashua's apartments not just in Boulder Park.it is nice up in the condos but like I said it's private property you're not supposed to be up there and people just seem to continue to ignore it Kelly refuses to do anything about it. The lawsuit against Princeton properties could obviously change their minds about that sort of thing. I recommend looking elsewhere and to put it honestly I recommend looking at other properties that are not owned by Princeton they seem to go downhill whenever they come in and buy properties. You're much better off getting together with a couple of friends and renting a nice house. read more

Be careful renting here. The lease is unclear about co tenants. If you and your room mate sign the lease, they trap both of you even if one of you wants to move when the lease is up. They won't let you out without written notice to vacate 60 days before from EVERYONE on the lease. Also there's a hole in the laundry room floor, don't drop anything in there. The doors stick in the hall in building 16 and it's really loud. No soft close doors, they're slamming all day long. My bedroom door doesn't even latch. The apartment is "updated" but the bathroom cabinets are still ugly orange oak which looks horrible with the gray floors. Hope you don't want to put furniture against the wall... There's a piece of wood under the carpet creating a ledge that makes it impossible. Not worth the price for fake luxury. Move along! read more

Boulder Park, Building 20, APT 688 Carbon monoxide, bug infestation (Pill bugs/house centipedes), the constant smell of gas. I would not recommend Boulder Park to anyone especially if you have kids. Upon moving in May, we had an insect infestation that lasted about 6 months and a carbon monoxide leak that was handled very poorly. The carbon monoxide leak was in January. We had put in several work orders about our heating system dating back to October. We were assured several times that there was nothing wrong with the system. When I reported the carbon monoxide, their solution was to drop off two space heaters and return tomorrow. When plugged in, they were too much for the breaker. The circuit breaker was failing to trip and the electrical box was rattling. At that point I called again explaining the issue and one of the staff members told me to change the batteries in the smoke detector. Not only did they fail to check the air quality/CO levels, notify the fire department and other residents, they did not check to see where the leak was coming from. When the fire department came for an inspection they assured us that maintenance staff should never be trusted to ensure the unit safety. Other issues: They are too cheap to fix anything in the apartment. None of the screens fit the windows, plugs fall out of the outlets. Make sure you check if the windows even lock, several did not in our first floor unit. The bug infestation was resolved only because of the time of the year. A pest control representative let us know that the only way the problem would truly be resolved is if they invested in pulling out the mulch and bushes around the buildings. When he lifted the rug there were A LOT of dead bugs beneath. Hope you find this helpful in your apartment search! Would not recommend! read more

I am very grateful for the excellent job that the Management and Maintenance teams have done in dealing with all of the challenges of social distancing and cleanliness in 2020. This is a kind, intelligent, and responsive group. I moved in at the end of 2019 never imagining what lay in store for the near future. As an older resident I have spent a great deal of my time alone in my 1 bed room unit and I greatly appreciate the fact that the management team has been very responsive to any questions and concerns I have had. They have done a good job of communicating with the residents of the community. The entrance, hallways, and laundry rooms have been kept very clean. Any maintenance issues I have had have been addressed immediately. I recommend this apartment community. read more

I strongly recommend against renting at Boulder Park Apartments: units are old, smell, hot water is not reliable, management are terrible people, and you can find much better places nearby. Do NOT sign the security deposit contract unless you've actually seen YOUR unit, and have agreed on the lease terms. Once you've submitted the security deposit they OWN you, so make sure you know what you are getting into. I didn't have a chance to visit the place beforehand. I signed a lease for unit 632 (The Jackson), which according to the blueprints had 5 windows in the living room (I even paid extra because my unit supposedly had "extra sunlight"). I ended up with a unit that had only 2 windows in the living room. I had to spend my first week cleaning cabinets and kitchen over and over to get rid of the smell. Also, don't expect to have reliable hot water. Unfortunately, the company I was working for in Nashua went bankrupt 4 months after I had signed my lease. I landed a new job on the West Coast and had to find a way to break the rental contract. They didn't work with me to find a solution. Management didn't allow me to sublet. I proposed bringing in a new customer that would had signed a new lease for my unit, but they didn't approve it. In the end I had to get a bank loan and pay over 4k up front in fines (exactly what I needed when the company I was working for was going bankrupt). I love my apartment here! It is clean, quiet, pretty, and very dog friendly. The apartment is perfectly sized and was super clean and fresh when we moved in. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend living here. I have been living here with my fiancée and 2 kids for 7 months and have been very happy. Even my neighbors have been nice and offer pet sitting. I moved here in June of 2020. I wasn't planning to move out of my old apartment at that time. However, when I was apartment shopping, I came across Boulder Park. They were prompt with their replies. It was the first apartment I got to see live (since Covid prevented me to see others). Social distancing was observed. I fell in love with the apartment and decided to get it. The leasing office has always replied quickly to my calls and emails and have addressed any maintenance issue(s) appropriately. I would recommend Boulder Park to friends and family. read more

like SO MANY have said this place is terrible!, right from the start they showed us a unit that was completely opposite of what we actually got. the windows dont even fit in the frames so good luck in the winter while also allows moisture to get in and causes severe mold problems in the apartments on top of a heating bill thats insane because their heaters are ancient and hardly work. the rugs were not bonded a the edges and if you have pets they will rip them up in no time. maintenance seems to be a bunch of randoms who call themselves handy men who actually are far from, not trained, never do the job right the first time and all their work is sloppy. the doors to the buildings slam so hard it rattles the buildings not to mention the locks get tampered with atleast once a month the buzzers to the apartments work when they want the cleaning people do not vacuum the main hallways they sweep them only the washer and dryers break all the time and it takes a week to send anyone out to only half fix them they do a terrible job plowing in the winter and cars get stuck going up the hill every single time they never do any type of inspection of your heat and water tanks in your unit no air filters in any apartments good luck trying to get anywhere with management theyre rude, and treat you like youre in the wrong when you ask for minor improvements or have any type of issue. need i say more!? read more

I have been here for 2 years now. I was surprised at the posted reviews. Yes, the windows are older and a bit drafty, but everything else here is really good! My unit is updated (maybe there are some that are not yet, but they have hundreds of units to maintain). The location is second to none! It is right off of the highway and near anything that you would need (Market Basket, Banks, restaurants, etc., all within walking distance!). The grounds are beautiful and there are sidewalks for walking. The buildings are clean, secure and safe. In addition to all of that, the staff takes all of the pain out of the "leasing" process and makes it easy- all online and efficient. They are also very responsive to maintenance calls. AND-pool, fitness center, and on-site storage units!! What else can you ask for?? How about an awesome view too!!! Do not miss an opportunity to see this place for yourself. I had been recently took a look at a 2 Bedroom unit. The model was very nice but it seems that I cant actually look at the unit I want to rent until its vacant. This made me very nervous as maybe I wouldn't like the location, maybe the neighbors are loud, etc. The problem as well is that you have to sign the lease and give the deposit almost immediately after you apply. This means you really cant look at the place until you have already invested in it. Then it comes to the Lease one this which I don't understand was something related to not being able to give your notice during certain months which was rather confusing. At any rate I didn't feel comfortable signing up when I couldn't look at the actual place I would rent. Who know maybe I would have liked it but I couldn't take the chance of losing money on it. read more

The area is nice but that's about it. Your rent goes up at least $50.00 every time you resign it and if you decided to do month to month aka 60 day tenancy you pay and extra $100 a month on top of your rent and they have a 7 month "blackout period" where you still pay an extra $100 a month but can't move out or give your 60 day notice. Also unless you give your notice on the last day of the month it turns into a 90 day notice. If you plan on buying a home their lease options make thing very difficult. Save yourself time and go somewhere, where they don't try to screw you! read more

I was surprised by these reviews. I have lived in my 2bdrm for almost a year and my roommate lived in a 1bdrm for a year prior to us moving in together. We both really like it here. Pros: -I like the management team, they have always been very friendly & helpful. -Maintenance guys are great. We've only had a few small issues, but we've never had a problem getting someone to address them right away. -They do a good job with snow removal, it's not just someone they hire with in a pickup speeding around and hitting cars (like my last place in Manchester). They have a teams with several vehicles. -They do package receiving which is huge for me and such a relief to have. -Rent is about on par with the area, & for a 2bdrm with 1.5 bath, one of the best rates we found. -Plenty of parking, no issues with guest vehicles. -Marketbasket plaza across the street. Not sure why the other poster said you couldn't walk anywhere, unless you have mobility issues. Also a payless, pizza place, Chinese food, and few other things there. The roomie and I are in one of the more uphill buildings and we walked there several times during the winter when we didn't want to drive. Cons: -Buildings are older, these are not luxury apartments. Not well insulated which effects heating. -Amenities are just ok, small gym and pool but they are not things we particularly care about so it works fine for us. -The speed bumps are annoying as hell, I understand why they have them with all the kids, but I still dislike them. *I have heard that rent goes up a lot each season, so we'll have to see how that goes. read more

Today while babysitting my 2 grandchildren (for my daughter at Boulder Apts) in Nashua NH for less than 2 hours, I went to my car parked in the parking lot and found a flyer on my car stating the parking lot is for residents only and that next time my car may be towed. The time of day was 3:00-4:45 PM. I went down to the office and asked about the flyer and she just re-stated what the flyer said: parking for residents only. I let her know my wife also babysits around the same time (we babysit 2-3 days a week) and that she walks with a cane and has a handicap tag. The snippy young woman said that doesn't matter and that I should have my daughter call her. She did say there is additional parking at building 21, which is quite a distance away. So, if you are planning to move here, I would suggest you don't, unless you have no friends or family that may visit. Interesting that this apt complex doesn't seem to get many good reviews and has an avg of 1 star rating; not good. read more

I lived here for a year and it was a nice apartment for the price. The lease term was flexible and they take dogs. Parking wasn't ever an issue. They have a gym and pool but I never used them. The apartments are the newest but things were kept up with, whenever we needed maintenance they were quick and nice. read more

First and foremost I will start with the one single redeeming quality that Boulder Park has to offer, there grounds. There grounds are splendid and are well taken care of. Past that, this place is awful and the employees in the office are well dressed thieves. We rented a two bedroom apartment from them for a whopping $1,225. The first day we got in there the shower faucet pulled away from the wall, the front door lock broke, the closet doors came unhinged off of their rusty metal tracks and you could feel the outside draft leaking through the windows. The flipping cupboards didn't even line up when you closed them. Talk about overpriced. They rush you into these apartments because they know that once you sign that lease they own you for a year! On top of all of this we had a property manager by the name of Kelly living in our building who I don't think ever grew out of being a college dorm RA. She literally made it feel like we were living in a college dorm, she would even come out to yell at you if you parked slightly to "crooked". This is also a place where I paid them almost $15,000 to stay there for a year and they told me I was only allowed to have any guest during the whole year for a total of two weeks. Are you kidding me??? None of the utilities are included in the rent, including water and trash removal and there still telling people how long their relatives can stay!!! When I told them I had to extend the lease for two short months to finish my degree before I moved and I was already overburdened with moving expenses and bills, there great deal they brought to me was "$1,558 a month"!
