All the balloons were restrung for me without me even asking. Maricelli helped me put them in the trunk and she was polite and sweet. Customer service was excellent! The balloons were also beautiful! They had a great selection and I used a rose gold color that I couldn't find at any other store. In addition one of the Silly String cans just ran liquid all down the side which Josefina said it before I even told her, she said oh yeah it ran down the side....no refund. Manager still a big no even though it was only one week ago but because I didn't call them within 24 to 48 hours no refund. I doubt I would have gotten one anyway. Josefina says well I can give you a store credit. Yeah like I'm really ever going to go there again. You have been warned there's other bad reviews starting to stack up.

When I went back the second day to get the balloons replaced, I ended up spending way too much time waiting for the employees trying to figure out how to use the helium tank. Danny, who said he was the assistant manager, was too busy on his phone to assist Irene the employee who was clearly inexperienced on using the helium tank. They went through 4 balloons of the same design to try and figure out how to fill the double balloons. The only reason that I allowed them to continue to try is that when I purchased the balloons I did not realize all of the registers are self-checkout and the receipts come out under the countertop. Danny did not want to hear any suggestions that I suggested. after what felt like an hour I took my $5.00 loss on the balloon and left. No apologies or how can we make this right?
