From start to finish, they really did go above and beyond for us! We had a positive case of covid-19 the day before our wedding and had to post-pone, and they made it so easy! Even creating a hashtag for us! #notcoldfeetjustcovid! Rescheduling was a breeze! They were extremely helpful & always available to answer any question I had! Sara was amazing at giving me different location suggestions for our engagement shoot, outfit suggestions, you name it, they were there to help! We were nervous because we had never had professional photos taken before and they really made it so easy, all nerves were gone once we started our shoot! We even wanted to include our puppy in some of our pictures and Sara was amazing with him, even bringing him a toy! She was willing to come to our home before we even hired her to see the space, which was very important to us. Trish not only helped figure out what we needed in terms of food but how to structure set up, serving, etc. into our event. We had a specific plan in place before the event which she implemented with perfection. The food tasted delicious, was beautifully presented and plentiful. The staff was friendly and professional and moved in and out so quickly and quietly that we didn't really notice the set up or clean up as these were happening. My only very minor criticism is that it took some time to get an initial call back. But otherwise, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future.
