I am writing this review based on my experience doing an online/pickup in store or curbside pickup order. I have gone to other Tilly's locations prior to this visit and they didn't do such a bad job at meeting my expectations as far as customer service. This particular Tilly's is a pretty big sized store, of course compared to a spot within a mall. You'd think that this Tilly's is an outlet store. Their store hours are pretty good but just keep in mind that there are certain hours that you can use their curbside pickup service. With that being said, maybe I have a blind eye and missed it but I could not for the life of me find a designated curbside pickup area, so, we decided to walk into the store and just pick up my order at the register. As soon as we walked in I could tell that they take pride in appearance of their store. The layout was so nicely organized and the store was very clean and well maintained. The girl behind the counter kindly greeted me and asked what could she help me with. I let her know that I was picking up an online order and she was able to get that for me quickly. The entire process was so effortless. Overall, I would recommend this Tilly's if anyone asks. Here's a quick breakdown...
