TNJ We're very understanding and did everything they could to make sure my daughter party was a success. We did a party package. It came with a bounce house, cotton candy machine, icee machine, popcorn machine, 2 tables and 12 chairs popcorn bags, popcorn, icee cups and flavor at a very affordable price. She called and was told they would be out the next day between 12 - 1pm and that promise was fulfilled. Everyone had a blast on the waterside, although the Velcro kept coming off. TNJ was back that night around 830 - 9pm to pick up. Process seemed painless enough. I would probably book them again.
