The teams that brought the Rip-tide run out slide over were professional and kind. They helped us troubleshoot power issues to ensure it worked perfectly so we would have a great weekend. This is the second time we have used this company for a birthday party. We rented a slide in July…read more2022 for my MIL's 57th birthday and just last weekend we rented a slide for my daughter's 12th birthday. Both times were a complete success and everyone enjoyed the water slide. The slide was setup on time in advance of the party. And we were allowed to keep it overnight and it was picked up the next morning. This was a great deal as other companies I have used in the past only allowed a 4 or 6-hour window. The owner himself was there for the setup and takedown of the slide. He also put out a tarp under the slide and some cones near the slide exit for safety measure. Several of the kids at both parties said that they had a great time and it was one of the best parties they had been to. This slide was definitely a lot of fun!! We will definitely use this company again!!
