Delivery was smooth but that was it. Bounce house was absolutely FILTHY! I spent an hour before my child's party inside the bounce house with a scrub brush and Lysol trying to remove some of the gunk. The mesh sides of the walls were shredded. I had a little boy slice his finger open at the party just playing inside of it. I let the crew who picked up the bounce house know about this hazard and they informed me they would let management know and I heard nothing back about it. Wish I could leave NEGATIVE stars! I'm not a person to leave bad reviews but definitely DO NOT RENT NOTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE. They Delivered the bounce house, tables and chairs 1 hour before my event was over. Supposedly they got flat tires TWICE! Yeah right. No one called me I had to basically hostigate them to see where they where and what was going on since I had payed my full balance the day before of the event. They delivered the bounce house SOAKED WET, they did not secure it to the ground, didn't even open the chairs and tables and also they put the bounce house just plain on the grass. BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY They are refusing to honor my raincheck/deposit for a bounce house that was canceled due to weather. I was told that my raincheck was good for up to a year. So 8 months pass and I'm ready to use the bounce house for my daughters birthday. First off, it is extremely hard to get ahold of them, I finally get to talk to them to schedule. They sent me a quote of DOUBE THE PRICE. Their reasoning was that prices of things went up. I get that, I don't mind the transportation going up. Gas/insurance is expensive. I get that. But to tell me I've never received a raincheck when I have it IN WRITTING (which I will attach) They are flat out refusing to honor my raincheck/deposit. They are ignoring my calls and emails. I'm just in shock that a company would do this! They're quick to take your deposit, but don't want to keep up their end of the contract. Negative stars needed !!!! Do not rent from them !!! I ordered a bounce house for my daughters birthday , there were suppose to sanitize and clean the bounce house which never happen . They dropped off the bounce house inflated it and deflated it due to the parting not starting yet which was fine . The party started I went and had the bounce house blown up the kids were excited as soon as the kids entered the bounce house they came running out that they were getting cut by the screen so we went to investigate saw the damage and per there contract notify them , I called spoke to the so called manager who reassured me he would bring a new bounce house that has never been used but only issue he had 2 stops to make which was fine . Then he calls and tells me he won't be on able to make it till 730/8pm which was not except-able he tells me maybe you should take them to do something else since I won't be there . Smh like wow really I was nice about it and asked so what can be done because it's her birthday and he said we have no other drivers so ok left it alone . I text the manger the photos and the issues and he stated he would take care of us not to worry and nothing happen at all . Then I asked so when is the equipment being picked up he's like tonight by 730 or in the morning well that never happen I had the equipment from Saturday till Monday afternoon . ***BEWARE*** These people are thieves! The most dishonest, most unprofessional people in the business. I would never spend another dime with them. I rented a popcorn machine and a shaved ice machine. I took pictures in the moment of drop off. They were dented and I have the pictures to proof it. When they went to pick them up they stated that I damaged their machines and without permission charged me $400 for the damaged equipment. One of their employees tried to reach me stating that they verified the equipment before drop off, which it wasn't true. When I tried to discuss it with the owner, she was out of reach. I tried emailing her and no response. According to the "employee" the owner stated that it was my word against hers. I sent an email with the pictures from drop off and still no response. These people are the worst! Their equipment was disgusting and not cleaned upon arrival. Beware of these people they are the worst company you could get. I have evidence that the damages were already done to the machines before they dropped them off. Still even with the evidence they claim it was done by me. They are a fraud. The owner claims that the "supervisor" inspected everything when they dropped it off but was not true given that Joe was on the phone and the two kids where the ones delivering everything. read more

Water slide was dirty. I even found a dirty wet black jacket inside. the installers place the slide where ever they want and not where you wanted. When calling the office to let them know what's going on, they say you are lying. What worries more is that they do not even clean or check them before delivering. what about when installing them. they do not care. Very disappointed!!!!! read more

Company wasn't as efficient as I thought they would be, pretty disappointed in the costumer care part, two different times on delivery, pick up was two different times, employees telling you one time then office tells you a different time. All communication was horrible. No discount or sincere apologies. So I have learned my lesson this was for my sons birthday party, definitely will not be using them again. read more

Horrible service the obstacle course was great but customer service, cleaning and communication for this company sucks. Negative stars weren't possible. My daughters event was yesterday. I called this company to call me I left voicemails I call at least 10 time to at least tell me how to clean it and nothing. Absolutely nothing. The boss and an employee came to leave me an obstacle course full of shit. Dirt leaves, sand, and even a nest of bees or something. Like seriously I asked 20 times before making the booking do you sanitize it, do you clean in and out, and what do you use. She assured me that it would be cleaned throughly 3 times. When then pick it up before they bring it and in my face with sanitizing chemicals. None of that appeared to be done in my case. I had to get on my hands and knees to clean this 40 ft obstacle course. The boss supposedly was here with an employee making the delivery and setup. They needed a hose in my assumption to clean and sanitize. Nope he cleaned what he wanted and left without saying a word. I called and called left voicemails. No reply nothing. My daughter has breathing issues and everything has to be sanitized so she is safe and healthy. If you have kids don't rent anything from here. During a pandemic we all have to stay home to give my kids some fun I trusted your company but that was a mistake. Test this mistake cost me 225 dollars. Which I did not get what I was originally promised. Sad so sad it will not happen again for sure. Will tell anyone I can to stay away from this company. read more

We ordered a bounce house for our daughter's birthday party (which she was really looking forward to for 2 weeks). We scheduled it to be delivered at noon. My husband and I arrive at the party location early, as we were informed delivery could be as early as 7am. 11 am comes and goes and no sign of the bounce house. "WE CALL" to check ETA, when we are informed their are 2 setups ahead of us and they have until 2pm to get the bounce house delivered. 2pm comes and goes and again "WE CALL" and are then told we have to wait until 4:30 (no reason given). At this point we decided it wasn't worth the headache and asked for our money back which then we were told someone will get back to us. Long story short I DO NOT recommend Bounce It Out to anyone and we will be getting our full amount paid back to us regardless. read more
