Rich of Northern Lights most certainly delivered, as he seemed to be the only man in the Hartford area willing to rent me a black light! Unfortunately, as of December 2024, Party City will start closing all stores in the United States. This location is in the Simsbury Commons. There were plenty of parking and the location is pretty quiet. The store was large and organized. The employee helping me was nice. I was looking for accessories for a holiday party and found it quickly. This place is great for all your party needs. There were costumes, balloons, candies, and more. It's really unfortunate that they are closing down in early 2025.
