We rented a bounce house and a cotton candy machine from Bouncing Stars for our daughter's birthday. Delivery was on time and the products were very clean and well-kept. I can honestly say I highly recommend this company! The customer service I received today was outstanding and personal with a small town personality that is rare in the world today! You see, I live in Houston, but my family is there in Weatherford. I called to order something special to make their day as my neice and nephew have just had their birthdays and I couldn't be there. I just mentioned to him that I couldn't find a pizza place to deliver out to their country home address and he OFFERED to go pick it up for them! He wouldn't even take any extra money for it! I have used this company for my granddaughter's birthday party and again for my grandson's birthday party. Always profession, set up and take down was easy peasy. We used another company years past but their prices have gone thru the roof! Even for returning customers. Bouncing Stars Party Rentals don't nickel and dime you, instead of a 4hr, 6hr or 8hr charge, they set up before noon and leave it all day until dusk! No extra fees.
