My back and neck had progressively deteriorated from an accident the previous year. The nagging pain had become something I could no longer get away from. Staff convinced me to try Dr. Alex. The difference in my back and strength is remarkable after only seeing Dr. Alex for a few weeks! The initial visit was probably the most thorough I have ever had. More importantly, no more pain. Full movement again. After each adjustment, I feel a surge of energy. It sounds cliche to say, but it is as if all parts are connected again. As I became pain free, he demonstrated exercises to strengthen the muscle groups that had weakened, to help prevent further back injury. He reviewed my x-rays and read all of my reports which none of the others did. He takes him time and explains everything to me. He never rushes me out of his office. He asks me questions and doesn't mind if I ask him questions. His kinesiology testing is extremely interesting and has helped me tremendously. He is truly concerned with helping me. I wanted to discuss treatments for my daughter who happens to be autistic. The receptionist went over pricing and said she'd get the doctor to talk to me. I waited in their waiting area. About two minutes later the receptionist came back and said the doctor recommended that we see a physical therapist. He didn't have the decency to come out to inquire why I was there. He simply heard autistic and basically had no time for me. I didn't need a physical therapist!!!I thought it was very rude. He has no idea why I was there. She has many issues that could have been helped through there but he for some reason didn't want to be bothered.
