She said that the agent will be in tomorrow from 11am to 1 and to call back. I said ok but before I do that can you please explain how it works in general. She said "ugh I can't talk right now." Not welcoming, or helpful. She could have been polite and asked to put me on hold or something but yea safe to say I'm not calling back.
