The past few times I phone in they keep sending me to the emergency room when it's an issue that our family doctor should be able to take care of. When I go to the Oliver hospital they almost laugh hysterically at me because of the questions I go in there with because my family doctor says that's what says that I should because that's where I need to go to get my questions answered. These doctors are lazy they refuse to do their job and just send you to the emergency room it's absolutely disgusting the whole reason we have family doctors is to keep us out of the emergency room for non-emergency issues. They've gotten even worse over the past few years it's absolutely disgusting. Don't even bother phoning in and making an appointment cuz they're just going to tell you go to the Oliver Hospital.

bedside Manor was quite poor last time I was there I felt judged and didn't get help.
