We have had some serious, long-term, debilitating injuries and accumulated wear and tear in our family. Big guys, used to doing heavy work, and they just don't quit. (And one not-quite-so-big girl who tries to keep up...). John is strong enough to work on the big guys, yet delicate enough to pinpoint my weird neck or shoulder pain from desk and driving stress. Very skillful. What a world of difference it makes to move without pain! We try to get in at least once a month, more if we can.
