Well, let me tell you... I entered with my wipes and everything ready to scrub a machine before use and did they prove me wrong. I still used my Lysol wipes inside the bin (can't be too careful) but the areas for the detergent were sooo clean. I have NEVER seen this before EVER. I'm typical pouring with a prayer. I do think the prices are a bit high and they could increase the time on the machine. I've seen 8-10mins per quarter, they are giving you 6mins per quarter. Overall, I know where to go when there is another malfunction at home and I'm in waiting for repair.

He outright lied even though I showed him proof. And I don't know if they know what "fold" means. The past few times, we have gotten everything inside out including my husband's collared shirts, crushed together in piles. Poor quality doesn't begin to explain it. Shoddy, careless and no respect for their work. Also - the prices on the website are false. They will tell you $1.50 per pound, charge you $2.50 a pound and pretend they didn't realize it. I have asked them about that multiple times and they claim they're changing the website but they haven't . My order was picked up last Thursday and scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but it never arrived. When I followed up, I was assured it would be delivered "first thing" this morning. I waited at home because I didn't have pants for work, but the delivery only just arrived. (10am) Now, as I go through my clothes, I've found items that don't belong to me mixed in with my laundry, and the blue Pottery Barn pillowcases I had dry cleaned have turned grey. While they offered a credit for the laundry service (not dry-cleaning), which I appreciate, it's not enough to make me return or recommend them.
