They then cancelled on me again. To make matters worse, when I came in after their cancellation, the front desk staff member (Danielle) was shockingly rude and dismissive. It was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary, especially considering I've been a long-time loyal client. I even emailed the owner regarding the cancellation fee and lack of communication and never received a response. Some of the massage therapists here are excellent, which makes this even more frustrating -- but as a business, the scheduling practices and front desk professionalism are simply unacceptable. At this point, I'd recommend staying away. It's a shame, because this place could be great, but reliability and respect for clients matter.

No one ever called. 3rd appointment I bust my butt to get across town fighting rush hour traffic & construction to get there early as they require, only to walk in & be told I'm not on the schedule.
