Bates chiropractic is the best chiropractic office I have been to in years. Once you enter the door its like walking into a warm cozy house. Tranquil sounds as soon as you walk in and front receptionist is very nice and inviting. The first trip to office is a little longer due to xrays and figuring out treatment, but i got all of that and my first adjustment all in same visit! Most chiros I have been too dont do that the same day! Dr lisa bates uses the adjusting table and warm pack and massaging pads before treatment as well. This was another plus for me walking into the office. The family feel is great in this office and the adjustments I had were very relaxing and made me feel great! Definitely would suggest this office to anyone looking for treatment. Cant wait to go back again and keep my body, mind and soul feeling great. read more

If you are looking for people that treat you like family all while helping you get better than look no further. Dr. Lisa actually listens and cares to what you are saying and to what is bothering you. While she is listening she is also thinking go other symptoms or ailments may be attributing to your issue or may come from your issue. I feel as if she gives a true holistic approach to making you feel whole again. I have referred several of my friends to her and will continue to do so. I would no recommend Bates to anyone. Dr. Lisa is very rude and is not understanding. She has a horrible personality and pushy when it comes to vitamins. I was not happy at all with the care. Just some advice for you Lisa.... Sit and listen to your patients and don't be about yourself. Also if you are going to talk about other patients make sure you are doing it very quiet because I got some very interesting facts about one of your other patients that I am sure they would not appreciate it to get around. read more

Going to DMACC from work, my son laid his motorcycle down and complained about his neck and shoulder. If he would have gone to the doctor, they would have x-rayed him and gave him pain meds/muscle relaxers....so instead I took him to Bates. Bates x-rayed him and then treated him. He was back to work SOONER than any pain meds/muscles relaxers would have done for him! (That same evening, my husband also pulled his shoulder when his motorcycle tipped over leaving work) -- Bates stayed open until they had treated BOTH of my guys!...where else will you find service like this! read more

I contacted this office yesterday to schedule an adjustment due to serious headaches, neck problems and back problems. I asked not to be scheduled with Dr. Lisa due to preferences. I was told they would need to call me back. One hour later I was called and they told me they could NOT see me because I "have hard feelings for one of their doctors". I said, who told you this information? I never once said I didn't want to see Dr. Lisa for any particular reason, I just need an adjustment due chronic pain, and need medical attention! THEY TURNED ME AWAY. I have given this office many referrals and many praises, not anymore. I find these actions inappropriate for a medical office, or any other medical office for that matter!
