We needed new slide toppers installed on our Newmar motorhome, and we wanted to have it done while we were visiting the Newmar factory in Nappanee, Indiana. We called several different RV dealers and none of them returned our call until we called RV surplus and camping supplies in Bourbon Indiana. We left a message on the answering machine and a few minutes later, we got a call back from Kevin, the owner. we told him what we needed, and he told us that he would have to order the fabric for the slide toppers, but that he could do the repair for us in two days which fit perfectly with our other projects. We showed up on time and he was there ready to work and several hours later, we had new slide toppers that looked and fit nicely. We were looking for lower bracket clips for our carefree awning. Called before making the drive and left a message. He called back quickly. Once we arrived he was super helpful. He explained the awning parts to us and even cut the awning track so we could fit it in our car.
