I made a order online to pick up in store. I figured it would be picked out by the time I had my lunch break. When I went on my lunch break it had been over an hour so I decided to call and just see what the status was. They said it didn't show up on their end yet and to call back in 5 minutes. Okay that's fine. I was driving and called back in 10 minutes instead to give them time. I tried calling back and they forwarded my call every single time. I tried calling at least 6 times and they would forward it or pick up and hang up. All I wanted to know is if my order was going to be ready so I could pick it up before they closed because I wasn't getting off until 7:30pm. So I decided to go in person and when I went in there the manager had a nasty attitude and said that the girl told me to wait for a manager, that's not true ans regardless even if I hung up it was a misunderstanding. What was all of that for??? Because a CUSTOMER wanted to know why her order was taking so long when it's not even busy. Now I have to wait a whole day to pick up my order and have to deal with attitudes.
