To the Manager of the Orange store 42 d'Alsace Loranne Toulouse, FR
I purchased a Samsung A17 in August 2025 from an Orange store. The seller told me it was a recent model and that "there is no difference between Samsung models." After checking, the device uses technology more than three years old and does not perform like a recent phone.
The device has several issues: inaccurate GPS, no spell‑check or translation, and performance worse than an older Samsung S9.
I returned to the store four times to request an exchange, but no solution was provided.
I no longer want an exchange -- I am requesting a full refund.
This constitutes a misleading commercial practice (Articles L121‑2, L121‑3) and a lack of conformity (Article L217‑5).
