The seller told me it was a recent model and that "there is no difference between Samsung models." After checking, the device uses technology more than three years old and does not perform like a recent phone. The device has several issues: inaccurate GPS, no spell‑check or translation, and performance worse than an older Samsung S9. I returned to the store four times to request an exchange, but no solution was provided. I no longer want an exchange -- I am requesting a full refund. J'ai payé les 10€ et dans mon ticket il n'y a pas le prix, ce qui veut dire qu'ils ont ajouté le prix après car ils m'ont fait payer 59€. Aussi, le fait qu'ils m'avaient appelé pour me dire que la pièce allait arriver 3 jours après l'appel pour, au final, une fois au magasin, ils m'ont dit que la pièce n'était pas en stock et de repasser la semaine d'après. Il a fallu plusieurs visites avant de l'avoir. Aussi, la façon de poser n'est pas bonne car quand j'ai récupéré mon portable une heure après, ils n'avaient pas bien collé le dos, ce que j'avais signalé, et du coup ils ont repris pour  me le rendre avec des élastiques (que j'ai gardés le temps qu'ils m'ont dit), mais rien n'a changé. Une côté du dos est encore décollé Vaut mieux aller ailleurs car ce sont des arnaqueurs et le propriétaire du magasin n'est pas agréable. A FUIR

So she took my phone to this store, to have it fixed. After 10 minutes waiting I lost my patience so I went to this store and claim that I wanted my phone back: They had took it to their back room, basically a place with other computer with which they are unlocking stolen phone. So I don't know what they did with my phone so I reported the event to the police. Get out of there those guys are theft and probably affiliated with the worst individuals
