I was sold a 10-day plan as a tourist in Nice rue France store. Salesman installed SIM card in 2 iPhones, saying this was similar to the 2 week Orange tourist plan. 10e per SIM plus 10e top-up for total of 40e for 2 devices. He Did not disable data on my phones or mention Internet restrictions. Phones checked email in background which violated data restriction. Voice calling was tHen disabled. Next salesman: shrugged. This is consumer fraud! read more
